Pros:

Bon emplacement , hôtel propre et moderne, Acceuil efficace.

Cons:

L’eau n’était pas chaude , la chambre par contre étouffante, et la télévision défectueuse. Solal âge. De plus, la personne au petit déjeuner n’était vraiment pas agréable, plutôt sur son téléphone.

Ușor dezamăgit, se putea și mai bine...
Pros:

Aproape de gara centrala, ne-am putut misca bine cu trenul si metroul. Este si un nod de tramvaie, dar noi nu le-am folosit. Sunt multe restaurante in zona, unul chiar deschis si dupa pranz (lucru rar in Italia)

S-a facut curatenie zilnic. Foarte amabil domnul din restaurant (micul dejun).

Cons:

Desi camera arata per total OK, necesită mai multă atenție. Plinte pe jos ruginite (în hol), mucegai în baie (zona dușului), pereți scorojiți (lângă întrerupător/uscător de păr).

Ușa de la baie, deși are un aspect modern (este glisantă), foarte nepractică pentru o vacanță cu copii mici.

Camera a fost prea călduroasă. Aerul condiționat și termostatul sunt de formă. Efectiv trebuia să deschidem geamul pentru ceva aer curat și rece. Baia nu are ventilator.

Micul dejun același în toate zilele și nu foarte variat: o omleta, o carne prăjită, un tip de cașcaval și 2 de mezel. În rest, multe dulciuri, pentru preferințele mediteraneenilor. Nici cafeaua nu a excelat.

Picătura care a umplut paharul: nu se oferă factură. Deși am lăsat datele la recepție și am primit promisiunea ca o voi primi pe email, nici până în ziua de azi nu a ajuns. Am trimis reminder prin email, WhatsApp (de două ori) și degeaba. Aveți grijă dacă trebuie să decontați sejurul. Nu recomand acest hotel.
