Pros:

Très bon emplacement, nous avons pu tout faire à pieds moyennant un peu de marche.
Des places de parking réservées à l'hôtel juste devant l'entrée 👌🏻
Le petit déjeuner et le personnel était parfait !!

Great location
Pros:

We loved this hotel, just around the corner and up the street was Porto romano metro which made travelling very easy to centrale station and Duomo..the hotel had lovely friendly staff and breakfast was great! No lift but only up one flight of stairs so not a problem..room had very comfy bed ,mini bar , kettle and safe, all that we required.lots of places to eat and a supermarket about 5 mins away..we had a great time here and would recommend it😁

We don’t €375 for 2 nights - maybe if it was a bit cheaper I would’ve been more satisfied with price versus experience.
Pros:

Staff were very nice and accommodating

Cons:

Hotel rooms were loud and stuffy. Even with windows open and aircon on there was very poor air circulation in the room.
Breakfast was quite disappointing.
Beds were not the comfiest but did the job for 2 nights. The sheets that are used don’t stay on the duvet as they are open each end, which revealed some orange stains on the duvet.

Great location. Small hotel.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to metro and from there easy to get into the centre. Plenty of places to eat. Staff were very friendly and we were lucky enough to get into our room a little earlier. We were supplied with several ( desperately needed ) coffees after our thirty hour journey while we waited when we found out we would likely be able to get into our room within an hour of arriving.

Worst hotel experience in my entire life.

The worst hotel experience in my entire life! I strongly suggest people to skip this hotel.

Our room was next to reception, and breakfast place is in front of reception ("hotel" is super small) so we heard people eating from our room.

On top of that, in the morning some guy was right in front our window smoking.

Moreover, the room is super small and the bed is super short. Air condition on top of our heads.

We left "hotel" in the morning and report that the booking customer service.

We hope that this will help, as it ruined our vacation completely.

Good but not perfect
Pros:

I really liked the breakfast, it was a good start for the day, in fact I was expecting a small bakery and coffee but it was much more than that . The location was good, close to the center of the city

Cons:

The room was too small and the wardrobe was even smaller. The rooms definetely needed upgrading, they were worn out and our room looked to an abandoned place
