Pros:

Helpful staff via telephone and in person, spoken to in English which was great. Room was clean and beds comfortable tho a bit small. Bathroom on the small side but clean and all worked fine.

Cons:

It was a long way from Milan central train station. Took over an hour to walk there tho metro was only around 15 mins.

Basic but clean, friendly hotel.
Pros:

Basic but clean and comfortable. A good base if you're not spending much time in the hotel. 5 mins walk to the metro station.

Cons:

The whole hotel could do with updating furniture etc.

Pros:

Месторасположение отличное. Все достопримечательности в пешей доступности Метро рядом.

Cons:

Август, жара неимоверная. Кондиционер не выполняет своей функции. В номере очень жарко, кондиционер чисто для шума и лёгкой вытяжки. Номер для одного, как кладовка.

Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

-It’s next to a nice park
-Shower had okay water pressure

Cons:

-Doesn’t have air con as advertised
-Felt very dated
-Shutter blind didn’t open
-Hotel felt unsafe and not secure
-Shower wasn’t clean, lots of limescale build up
-Reception staff thought it was unreasonable when I wanted my passport back straight away
