Otel odamızdan her çıktığımızda ve her girdiğimizde oda kartını verip almak zorunda olmak son derece saçma geldi. resepsiyondaki personelin unwelcoming ve unfriendly bir tavrı vardı. kahvaltı alanı son derece küçüktü.

Lovely !
Pros:

Great location in Porta Venezia, a great neighborhood with super cool local restaurants and bars.
The hotel is near Milano Centrale (10min walk), the staff was super nice and welcoming.
Very clean and comfy room.
The breakfast is nice.

Cons:

Having to hand back the room key every time I was leaving the hotel but that’s just a small detail.

The location is good, easy to find

It was black mold all over the bathroom, its impossible to switch off the airconditioning, the breakfast is poor.
