Good value for money
Pros:

Bed was incredibly comfortable.
Most staff were excellent, including the man on reception during the day.
Breakfast was quite limited but they had an excellent DIY fresh juice making option and great service at breakfast.
Good spare blankets were provided for guests who don't like doonas.

Cons:

There was one awful staff member who only seemed to work overnight who was extremely incompetent and rude. He didn't speak English and didn't know how to operate the heating system.
It would have been good if guests could turn off the room heating themselves, without having to try to get staff to turn it off from downstairs because the person who was working overnight didn't know how to do it, so we were boiling hot that night. Noisy location but excellent sound proofing of the windows so it was nice and quiet with the windows closed.

Fijn verblijf in vriendelijk familiehotel, aanrader!
Pros:

Fijn,erg vriendelijk schoon en kleinschalig familiehotel op een rustige locatie maar perfect gelegen. Metro vlak bij.. Ben je moe in de avond na een dag in de stad, zijn er bij het hotel in de buurt ook leuke eettentjes. Winkelstraat achter het hotel, wat wil je nog meer....

Cons:

Wij vonden de kamer s nachts best warm. De airco kregen we niet onder de 21 graden. (December)
We hadden even kunnen informeren hierover, niet gedaan....Raam open was een optie maar dat gaf wel wat lawaai. Uiteindelijk de deken over het voeteneinde gedaan en onder een laken geslapen. Opgelost... :)

La situació de l'hotel, tenia una parada de metro molt a prop. L'amabilitat del personal de recepció. Habitació molt neta i de mida gran.
