Perfect hotel; comfortable, good breakfast and a great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to get to the Old City and just a short walk from the train station. Breakfast was particularly good. The staff were exceptional, and a particular thank you to Elizabetta on Reception who was very helpful and accommodating. We had a fabulous stay and for sure will stay here in the future. Many thanks.

Pros:

Breakfast pretty ok, room was quiet, the lobby is nice, staff is friendly and they kept our luggage for free in the storage the last day.

Cons:

The coffee machines at the breakfast are extremely slow. They didn't fill ingredients at the breakfast, they ran out of the best breads and only bad ones left after 8 am,..
Pillows are not very good, didn't sleep well because of that. There wasn't any shampoo on the room. The curtains are not thick enough, they let the light thru.
