Magnifique séjour, l’hôtel est très bien situé. Merci aux personnels pour leur accueil et leurs attentions.

Pros:

Posizione molto centrale e seppur in zona molto trafficata, avendo la camera interno cortile, era tranquillissima. Camera non molto grande ma pulita ed arredata con gusto, letto e cuscini molto comodi; bagno grande e pulito con doccia molto spaziosa. Colazione super, con ottima scelta ,attenzione ai dettagli ed alle esigenze (viaggiavo con una persona celiaca alla quale hanno prestato davvero molto riguardo). Anche la possibilita' di avere il parcheggio, ancorche' a pagamento, proprio a un passo dall'albergo, e' molto apprezzabile

Excelente elección para alojarse en Bérgamo
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta. Está en pleno centro de la Città Bassa (Ciudad Baja) de Bérgamo, junto a la Porta Nuova, muy cerca de paradas de bus importantes.
La atención del personal fue excelente. Fueron super amables conmigo. Respondieron a todas mis dudas y me ofrecieron prestado un cable para cargar mi móvil que se me olvidó en casa.
La habitación era supergrande y espaciosa con un aseo también amplio y lleno de detalles. Las vistas no eran de la ciudad, si no de un patio interior. Creo que así pude oír menos ruido de la calle, cosa que agradezco porque me permitió descansar.

Cons:

Solo se me informó de la tasa turística (5€ por noche) a mi pago en la salida (check-out). Hubiera agradecido conocer ese detalle cuando hice el check-in.

Great hotel
Pros:

Excellent experience while staying here. There is a great breakfast selection and location is brilliant. Room was big and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
