Service was exceptional, food was good. Reception was very knowledgeable and very helpful nothing was any trouble and they remember who you are and what room you are in. Our room was made up every day and was kept clean.

Hotel is in an excellent location central for both the train station and Citta Alta

100% I will be returning

Very enjoyable
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Excellent location. 10 minute walk to bus and train stations and 10 minute walk to funicular up to old city. Exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff.

Hotelli oli hyvin siisti ja aamiainen hyvä.

Cons:

Hotellin äänieristys huono. Jos naapuri kuuntelee musiikkia yöllä, niin kuuntelet sinäkin. Tämän vuoksi yksi huonosti nukuttu yö, muuten rauhallista.

Brilliant base for a week exploring Lombardy
Pros:

Fantastic hotel with a great location - 9 minute walk to train station and same in opposite direction to the funicular. Superior room was modern, spotless and spacious. View was amazing and window was sound proof. Staff were great and breakfast good everyday. Would definitely stay here again.
