Great experience - staff, room, location and breakfast
Pros:

Location very convenient. We got room to the inner yard, so it was quiet night. Checkin and checkout experience was quick and smooth. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, well equipped. Breakfast was exceptional - super wide selection of foods and beverages.

Cons:

Room air-conditioning had the lowest setting of temperature 20 C. So, during the night it was a little bit too warm to sleep.

Cons:

Housekeeping can do better.
Went out in the morning and came back at 14:00. Went to rest when at 14:45 housekeepers knocked on my door (for daily cleaning I guess).

When I come back to my room in the afternoon - the room should be cleaned by then.

I was there for only 2 nights so It didn’t matter.

Pros:

Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, na początek okazało się że mamy upgrade pokoju co było miłą niespodzianką. Udzielono nam niezbędnych informacji co do funkcjonowania hotelu oraz komunikacji w okolicy. Hotel dogodnie położony: 500 m od Bergamo Stazione a pod samym hotelem przystanek z którego odjezdzaja autobusy na lotnisko.
Bardzo wygodne łóżka w pokoju, czułam się jakbym spała na chmurce🫶🏼 to była ostatnia noc tripu do Francji/ Włoch, byłyśmy już dość zmęczeni a pobyt w hotelu przed wylotem do domu dał nam dużo relaksu i regeneracji

Byłam za krótko aby pojawiły się niedogodności. Wszystko ok🔝

Un très bon accueil auprès du personnel. Adorable avec notre fils. Chambre très propre et spacieuse.

Ogólnie hotel bardzo fajny w samym Centrum miasta. Wygodne i czyste pokoje. Personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy. Odpowiadał i pomagał na każde pytania.

Hotel strategico per arrivare all'aereoporto o visitare Bergamo

Questo hotel è sempre una garanzia x confort delle camere e posizione , il bus per aereoporto fermata a 100mt , stazione treni a due passi e Bergamo alta con la linea 1 del bus ci si arriva in 5 Min

Cons:

Colazione non inclusa nel prezzo costo un po' elevato in tre con 45€ , abbiamo preso un cappuccino e brioches fuori dall 'hotel

Sehr gute Lage und gute Anbindung in die Altstadt, bequeme Betten + Willkommensgruß für unseren Hund :)

Cons:

Das Parken ist etwas spannend weil man wirklich nur an der stark frequentierten Busspur das Gepäck abladen kann. Die Rezeptionistin hat uns aber gleich den Parkplatz beim Nebengebäude gezeigt. Instruktionen vorab würden das Ganze vielleicht einfacher machen
