Cons:

2 nachten superior kamer waar de airconditioning niet koelde, een aantal keren gemeld bij de receptie, 2 keer iemand gaan kijken, ontkende dat airco niet werkte. Buiten 32 graden bloedheet op kamer niet kunnen slapen en niet serieus genomen worden.
Als het warm is, zoek een ander hotel.

Good location with restaurants and shops close by.
Pros:

The location was good, just a few minutes walk from the train station. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and a short walk to the Funicular. The room was comfortable and it had air-con, which was welcome.

Cons:

There was nothing to complain about.

Old charm hotel with all modern amenities
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel that respects its history and adapts well to modern times. Nothing feels outdated nor rusty, but not impersonal either. Staff very nice, we had a problem and had to change the date of our stay and they were very helpful and understanding. Grazie!
Comfortable, stylish and clean room. We left very early because of our flight and they prepared us some brekfast to go.
This is how a city hotel with style should be, everything is functional and everybody knows what they are doing. We will come back for sure!

Magari cambierei il sifone doccia con uno con diffusore piatto, per il resto tutto bene.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in Bergamo
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Unterstadt ca. 10 min zu Fuß von dem Bahnhof entfernt; die Bus Station zum Flughafen Bergamo befindet sich vor dem Hotel. Die Stadtseilbahn zur historischen Oberstadt erreicht man auch bequem zu Fuß in ca 10-15 min. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und wir konnten sogar etwas früher das Zimmer beziehen.
Unser Zimmer mit Ausblick auf die Oberstadt war groß, geschmacksvoll mit vielen praktischen Details eingerichtet, das gut isolierte Fenster führte zwar auf die Hauptstraße, in der Nacht war es trotzdem ruhig.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Sollten wir nochmals nach Bergamo fahren, werden wir wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Pros:

Great location near station, short walk to old town funicular but we walked up both times, in our 60's but not a problem. Rooms were great, on main street but when windows were closed we could hear nothing, excellent soundproofing. Breakfast was varied and we enjoyed it. Bus stop to airport directly outside hotel.

Camera molto ben arredata e molto grande, nonostante si affacciasse sulla strada principale non abbiamo sentito nessun rumore. Letto enorme e comodo. Molto bello anche il bagno.
Ottima la colazione e poter cenare in hotel.
