Perfect
Pros:

Very nice hotel in the lower town of Bergamo, walking distance from the train station.
Staff was friendly and helpfull.
The room was fantastic: huge, clean and having all the needed facilities.
This was our 2nd stay here and I am glad that they kept their high standards.

Great experience, friendly staff who were helpful even before we arrived in meeting a request made about our room.
Pros:

Great location. Handy to hotel and convenient for going out into the city. Both old and new town.

Cons:

Didn’t like not being able to pay for drink and food at the bar. Didn’t like the system of signing a chit then settling at the reception later.

Excellent value for money mid priced hotel
Pros:

My room was at the front of the hotel overlooking the road junction outside - however the room was silent as the sound proofing was excellent. The room was newly refurnished it seemed with excellent facilities and was spotlessly clean. The railway station was only 10 minutes away and an easy walk. Similarly, the old town area was close by and accessible via a fernicular railway about 12 mins walk and easy to find. Several good eateries and a plethora of coffee shops were also nearby.

Cons:

I pointed out to the reception staff that there had been a poor plaster job on a area of the wall of the bedroom; the area was cracking and would probably break quite soon.
