Great location and comfy feeling to the hotel.
Pros:

Good breakfast lots of choice, great location for getting a round Bergamo and close to the airport, quiet room, comfortable bed and staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Maybe the bathroom could do with some updating. but I really like the hotel itself.

Lovely stay, in a fabulous city.
Pros:

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to the funicular (or steps) up to Citta Alta.
Fabulous food in the Roof Garden Restaurant.

Cons:

Shower is over the bath rather than stand alone, but not a major problem.
Hair drier is very basic.
