Pros:

Location is near the train and metro station.

Cons:

It doesn't have a standard and sense of a hotel, specially a 3-star hotel. It's more such as a motel. Walls of the room need painting seriously. Equipments are outdated and really bad sense to use them. Water pressure is too low and takes time to be warm. At least my room could not be locked when I was inside during night. You don't have permission to take the keys with you out of the hotel. Breakfast has also low quality. And finally the price is too high for this place in my opinion. With a little paying more you can find better places there.

Pros:

Comodo, conveniente, buona la colazione (quella del primo giorno, invece il secondo giorno si sentiva che le brioches erano del giorno prima).

Cons:

È molto vicino alla stazione quindi inevitabilmente si sente rumore la sera. La stanza non era molto pulita (soprattutto il bagno) e la finestra non si chiudeva.
