Szuper parkoló. Kényelmes ágy. Közel a városközpont. Isteni finom reggeli. Nagyon szép hotel.
Voltunk már nagyon sok hotelbe. De este kopogás nélkül 20 óra után bejött a takarítónő kopogás nélkül mind a 2 este. Na ez nem tettszett.

Een hotel met grandeur midden in het centrum. Vlakbij winkels, restaurantjes en de gezellige boulevard. Ook de veerboot op wandelafstand. Geweldig ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Parking is ook een pluspunt. Wij gaan volgend jaar terug.

Great location and amazing staff the guy who checked me in (forgot his name) was amazing to deal with especially after a stressful morning with train strikes in Italy and eventually getting to the park hotel
I have no negitives for this hotel
De ligging aan de boulevard was perfect. Alle restaurants en barren en winkels zeer nabij evenals het vertrekpunt van de boten. Enige nadeel was dat op de dag van ons vertrek (een dinsdag) voor t hotel de wekelijkse markt/braderie was en dat we met onze auto stapvoets dwars door de mensen en langs de kraampjes moesten rijden om weg te komen. De bezoekers van de markt waren not amused en dat is uiteraard volkomen begrijpelijk. Het was een zeer stressvolle start van onze terugreis.
Onze kamer was mooi ingericht, heerlijk ruim met een balkon met zicht op het meer. De badkamer was prima en ruim genoeg.
Er waren geen badjassen op de badkamers. Wat me ook opviel, was dat er veel op- en afstapjes waren met dientengevolge valgevaar. Ik ging zelf een keer bijna goed onderuit en ik zag t ook bij andere gasten gebeuren.

Lovely hotel right on the shores of the lake buy in a slightly quieter position. Comfy bed and the bathroom was well equipped with a great shower. Very good breakfast with a large selection to choose from.
Taxis were very hard to get due to large volume of people in Desenzano for the weekend airshow but one of the staff took us to the station so we didn't miss our train. Exceptional service going above and beyond. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

* غرف صغيرة جدا
* لاتتوفر بالغرفه ابسط الاشياء مثل المويه والسليبر والمكوى ولا يوجد مرايه بالغرفه
ولا يوجد التجهيزات الشخصيه في الحمام
* الاثاث قديم وكذلك الممرات
* الافطار مجاني وتم طلب بيض وعند الخروج طلب مبلغ البيض على الرغم من ان الموظفة بالمطعم لم توضح ان مبلغه خارج الافطار .. وهذا اول مره يحصل معي في جميع فنادق العالم يكون البيض بمبلغ مستقل ومرفق صورة الفاتورة

Wir sind mit einem E-Auto angereist. Die Aufladung war mehr als kompliziert.
Da ist noch grosse Verbesserungs-Potential
Great location, beautiful pool, incredibly helpful staff. The bed was very firm so I didn’t sleep well the first night. I asked them for a couple extra pillows to sleep on. He said housekeeping can put a mattress topper on plus give us extra pillows. That made a huge difference and I slept great!
The breakfast provided plenty of options. Everything was very fresh and the cappuccino was delicious! We ate dinner at the hotel one night and it was delicious. We both had pasta and it was cooked perfectly.
There wasn’t anything we disliked!
