L'albergo sul lago, molto bello, pulito ed elegante.

Camera ottima con una bellissima vista sul lago.
Posizione perfetta, proprio sul lungo lago.

Ho preso una camera SUPERIOR e NON C’ERA IL BIDET. Non so se l’albergo lavori solo con stranieri ma in Italia è inaccettabile anche perché ho pagato un supplemento per la camera. Superiore ma non per il bagno. Un’altra cosa: la coppia con noi aveva sbagliato a prenotare e aveva prenotato il giorno della prenotazione e non quello dell’arrivo. La reception ha fatto uno sconto ridicolo anche se aveva incassato il no show senza avere nessun costo. Avrebbero potuto addebitare le commissioni di Booking e qualcosa in più. Francamente loro sono tra l’altro clienti che vanno ogni anno. Morale della favola hanno perso DUE clienti

Très bon rapport qualité prix hôtel fabuleux

Petit déjeuner parfait ! Du sucré au salé c'était excellent ! Le café et le chocolat chaud incroyable !

Restaurant fermé le soir de notre arrivé dommage la seule chose qu'on aura pas essayé

המלון ממוקם ממש על שפת האגם – מיקום יפהפה ומרכזי. הכול היה נקי, מסודר ונעים, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה טעימה ומוגשת בצורה סטרילית ומוקפדת.

מה שהכי אהבתי היה רמת הניקיון הגבוהה והשירות הנהדר. במיוחד רוצה להודות ל-Boni S. מהקבלה – תמיד עם חיוך, אדיב, עוזר, ומאוד מקצועי.
