Loistava sijainti ja laadukkaat huoneet
Pros:

Aivan loistava sijainti. Ostoskadun ja rannan risteyksessä. Sänky oli todella mukava ja huone hyvä muutenkin. Allas oli pienehkö, mutta toimi mukavana virkistyksenä kuuman päivän päälle. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

We really enjoyed it here, and if we went back to Desenzano we would stay here again.
Pros:

It was very well located, and (very important for us) the aircon was excellent. Not only very effective but also quiet. The housekeeping was also excellent and all the staff were fantastic.

Cons:

Everything in the Italian lakes feels a little pricey, and this hotel was no exception. The rooms were nice but not wow, the breakfast was nice (especially the fruit) but not wow.

A pleasant short stay at the bottom of Lake Garda

Room wasn't ready after checking in - location of room - not very bright and airy
Lack of transport to get to and from train station - walked with luggage
Basic fridge did not work properly
No water or coffee/tea/milk in room

Das Personal super freundlich u.s.g. Service, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Traumlage

Das Hotel ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. jedes Detail ist durchdacht.

Cons:

Im Bad sollte man ein paar Möglichkeiten schaffen, damit man dinge und Handtücher aufhängen kann.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious breakfast
Pros:

The location is amazing - right in the centre of Desenzano and walkable to the ferry and restaurants. The breakfast was great and catered well for gluten free. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The style of reception and dining areas was modern and elegant.

Cons:

Our bedroom was very basic and outdated - nowhere near the standard of the reception area. The pool area although nice, was small and tired and needs updating - needs some sun umbrellas too.

Fiquei de certa forma decepcionada.. achei q o custo benefício nao vale a pena. o atendimento da recepção é muito fraco, decepcionante. Não tem nenhum serviço de lanche ao longo do dia e a piscina nao corresponde a foto. O check out é as 11h e eles nao tem chuveiro fora do quarto para o hospede. Nao me hospedaria de novo…
