Pros:

Hotel molto accogliente e ben organizzato. L' ambiente risulta tranquillo pur essendo sulla Piazza. A pochi passi si trovano ristoranti e bistrot con varie proposte. L'hotel ospita nell'ingresso anche un ottimo bar, aperto anche agli esterni. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Reception molto disponibile. Buona la colazione, varia nella scelta e con servizio molto cordiale .

La colazione è buona.

Posizione in pieno centro, perfetta.

Cons:

Avendo un neonato di 1 mese, la prima problematica riscontratata è stato l ascensore. Tipologia vecchia e di dimensione ristrettissime, costringendo a farsi a piedi i piani per raggiungere la camera con il passeggino.
La seconda problematica è la dimensione della camera, per 2 adulti, un bimbo di 4 anni e un neonato con passeggino, la camera risulta ristrettissima e non adeguata all esigenza.
La terza problematica risulta il bagno non finestrato e in ultimo la presenza di due finestre interno camera che davano direttamente sui tetti pieni zeppi di piccioni... rischiando di ritrovarsi un uccello in camera.

A very clean room with excellent lake view!
Pros:

The breakfast was decent with variety.
Location was great
The room was very clean and spacious for a family of four

Cons:

There was no place to hang the towels!!! No place to hang the swimming suit! We had to improvise!
