Cons:

Die Parkplatz Situation ist nicht gut - wir wollten die Tiefgarage nutzen jedoch mit größeren Autos (Van) kaum Platz zum manövrieren. Außerhalb brauchte man ein bißchen Glück einen Parkplatz vor dem Hotel zu finden.

Hotel jest cudowny, gdybym mogła to bym dała 100gwiazdek. Pyszne sniadania, czyste pokoje, które codziennie są sprzątane podczas nieobecności. Możliwość wypożyczenia rowerów, jak również na recepcji jest możliwość prosić o zamówienie taxi.
Ludzie tam pracujący to chodzące anioły. Byłam wraz z partener w tym hotelu kiedy on trafił do szpitala i ja potrzebowałam transportu do niego, nie znając włoskiego, ani okolicy bo to był w sumie drugi dzień we Włoszech, pomógł mi Mateo okazując wielkie serce, zawiózł mnie do szpitala, wszedł ze mną i dzięki niemu mogłam odwiedzić partnera,po czym odwiozl do hotelu. Rano na drugi dzień w takiej sytuacji przygotowano mi śniadanie na wynos abym zawiozła je do szpitala.
Obiekt jest super pod względem, jedzenia, czystości, basenu, ale co najważniejsze to personel tam pracujący są cudowni, jeśli kiedys będę miała wrócić nad Gardę to tylko do tego hotelu.

Es war wirklich alles super 💯

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht im Hotel Berta übernachtet, da wir von Cavallino (Jesolo) in Richtung nach Hause gefahren sind und haben eine Unterkunft benötigt.
Uns hat wirklich alles gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal, sauberes Zimmer und das Frühstück war wirklich grandios. Es war sehr viel Auswahl am Buffet und es hat toll geschmeckt 😊

I would absolutely stay here again. It was a perfect stay for finishing up a long trip.
Pros:

The property owner and staff were very delightful. We had an issue with our check in and they immediately remedied the situation. Lovely pool and roof top deck. Having rental bikes available was perfect. The breakfast is absolutely incredible with options you never even thought of.
