Lovely family, great breakfast, but overall not somewhere I’d return due to tiny rooms.
Pros:

The staff was lovely and super helpful in giving me recommendations on things to do in the area. There was a huge breakfast spread included each morning.

Cons:

The room and especially the bathroom were teeny tiny and bare bones; not even a mini fridge. The place seemed more run down than the photos implied and the location was really impractical for using public transportation. I chose the spot thinking it was a newly renovated hotel that would feel relaxing and comfortable. Unfortunately it was just not up to par with my expectations despite the family running it being lovely people.
