Hôtel pas trop grand avec tout le confort. Facile d'accès, pas loin de Sirmione.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä, huoneet olivat siistit ja hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla. Hotellilta oli helppo liikkua Garda-järven eri kohteisiin. Sekä lapset että me aikuiset viihdyimme loistavasti hotellissa!

Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Pool, Tiefgarage vorhanden. Lage des Hotels ruhig am Rande von Desenzano. Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. See direkt vor der Tür. Verkehrstechnisch ist alles erreichbar.

Wonderful family friendly / solo traveller hotel
Pros:

Exceptional staff. I meet the owner and he was absolutely lovely. Super accommodating and you really felt that you were part of a family hotel group. Lovely pool outside and brekkie is amazing.

Загалом все супер за виключенням деяких моментів. Сніданок - просто супер, прибирання - супер, ресторан - супер.

Cons:

Готель звісно на основі старої будівлі, але його намагались і намагаються підтримувати в гарному стані. Номера - загалом класс, але чому не можна почистити решітки кондиціонера ? Вони страшні просто. Може нам так повезло, але... Фен - не працював, надали підмінний, за це + . Вхідні двері - ручка замка відсутня. Звісно можна і так закрити його, пальцями, але .... Парковка крита у підвалі - не зручна. Тяжко паркуватись якщо машина велика. Басейн - не великий . Ну і саме не приємне, як на мене - як нас провели. Ми попередили що їдемо з самого ранку ( 5ть годині ранку). Готель попросив оплатити все по номеру і пообіцяв що приготує нам сніданки з собою. Враховуючи, що ми були з дитиною, нам було дуже ОК так як розраховували що в дорозі зможемо поснідати. По факту - в 5.00 на рецепції нікого, чекали і дзвонили в дзвінок протягом хв 5ть. Залишили ключі і поїхали.
