Good value for money. Convenient location about 10 minutes walk down slight incline from railway station and just over 5 minutes walk to ferry terminal, so very well situated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Allowed us to check in quite late (just before 22:00). Would stay again.

We received a very warm welcome on arrival - our room had a balcony with a lake view. There's a vast array of breakfast items from the buffet. The hotel is ideally located for strolling down the hill into town where there are numerous cafes, restaurants and shops as well as the ferry to other resorts on the lake. The train station is about a ten minute walk from the hotel and from there it's possible to take the train to Venice, Verona, Padua, Brescia or Milan. The staff at the hotel were always available to help with ferry / train timetables or with suggestions for places to visit or a restaurant to try.

Hôtel situé à quelques pas du port mais à côté d’un rond point, pensez à demander une chambre à l’oppose. L’ensemble du personnel a étais très accueillant et disponible. Petite déjeuner copieux. Chambre confortable.

Just returned from Desenzano and spent 4 nights at this hotel - cannot fault the friendly staff who were just so accommodating throughout our stay. Cleanliness was exceptional and each morning the breakfast buffet was beautifully laid out and someone was always on hand to replenish so nothing every ran out !
Ideally situated - about a 7 minute straight walk to the train station and the same again in the opposite direction for shops and places to eat.

Tout était parfait sauf la localisation de l'hotel situé juste sur un carrefour très fréquenté et donc très bruyant (et ce malgré une bonne isolation phonique)

Ottimo posto... Vicino al centro... Pulizia e gentilezza la fanno da padroni. Consigliatissimo.

A very nice place and nice staff also

The hotel is about 600 meters from the train station....all down hill and about 200 meters down to the lake...a really good position.
We stayed here on the recommendation of an Australian friend, he and his wife stay here regularly....we were not disappointed.... we were met with a very warm welcome from Sarah who is the most thoughtful hostess.
Everyday we would tell her what we were thinking of doing and she would give advice and offer suggestions...all very much appreciated. Whether it was a train trip to Verona for the day....or a restaurant for dinner, she had great tips for us.
Our room had a balcony with lake views and it was lovely just to sit and take it all in.
The room itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean.
We enjoyed the breakfasts with a good variety.
All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and spoke very good English.
I can thoroughly recommend this lovely hotel.

the hotel is located not to far from the docks, but not a walking distance. the rooms are nice and bath room is good. the our room had a great balcony ..the hosts are very warm and welcoming. they have a garage for bikes. breakfast was good in a family atmosphere.

Eccellente accoglienza. Camera enorme, vista sul lago poco lontano. Posizione invidiabile, pulito. Colazione abbondante.

Grazioso hotel in Villa storica. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Belle camere e buona colazione. Anche se posizionato su strada è molto silenzioso.

I wish we had enough words to describe how nice this place is. It's located a few steps from the lake, on this incredible neighborhood, the hotel is beautiful and very well kept. The staff are the most wonderful and accommodating we have seen.
We would love to come back.

We were greeted in a friendly and welcoming way and given the choice of two rooms - one with, the other without a balcony. We chose the room with a balcony and spent a very pleasant hour there each day, reading. The hotel is in an excellent location with the railway station a short walk in one direction, the town and harbour (with all the wonderful shops and restaurants) a short walk in the other direction. The choice of breakfast was extremely comprehensive with something for everyone, including at one point, fresh honeycomb for our toast! The staff were most attentive and helpful recommending restaurants, organising taxis, advising us on train or ferry timetables, local events taking place, etc. We very much appreciated the way they looked after us - faultless.

We arrived in the evening to recieve a warm greeting from the staff who had excellent english. They helped with recommending restaurants and anything we needed.
Room was small and fitting, shower was nice and clean.
Breakfast was of nice variety and good. Location was near town center and the road as well as nice restaurants. Parking was available.
We had a nice view of the castle from our window.
A little on the downsides- The hotel was happy to supply a free crib for the baby but it was moldy from storage so we couldnt use it...
Elevator was super slow (we had a stroller so used it often)..

Ottima posizione, Viale centrale a pochi minuti accesso autostradale, grande comodità parcheggio privato hotel .A due passi grande parcheggio pubblico a pagamento e parcheggio moto gratuito. Hotel multipiano con deliziosi balconi zona relax con tavolino e poltroncine. Fortunatamente stanza vista lago, piacevolissimo brindare fine giornata nel terrazzino con un buon prosecco e salatini. Complimenti alla grande cortesia e professionalità della responsabile Sara che ha reso speciale il breve soggiorno consigliandoci anche ottimi ristoranti dove abbiamo pranzato e cenato. Hotel ubicato a pochi minuti dal centro, lungolago ed imbarchi pertanto non serve auto per spostamenti. Ritorneremo.

Trevligt hotell med bra frukost. Mycket serviceminsed personal. Promenadavstånd ner till vattnet och hamnen. Plats för bilen på parkeringen. Gjorde utflykter runt Gardasjön på dagarna. Vi är väldigt nöjda!
