Il soggiorno all’hotel piccola vela è stato eccezionale. In primis per la pulizia e modernità della stanza e della struttura, ma sopratutto il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibili per ogni esigenza. Io e il mio compagno abbiamo avuto la necessità di posticipare il nostro check out e la nostra richiesta è stata subito accolta. Stupenda la terrazza panoramica con vista sul lago! Tornerò sicuramente in questo Hotel!
Gli amenities sono buonissimi di qualità.
Gli staff sono molto gentili.
Il giardino è la piscina sono favolosi anche se non ho potuto godere perché era chiusa.
Aspettavo al meno una piscina riscaldata ma mi hanno informato all’arrivo che la piscina sarà aperto solo da marzo. Ma se scrivono nella stagione fredda la piscina è riscaldata, mi aspetto in piena inverno fosse agibile.

Tra i miei viaggi in ogni continente, non ho mai visto un servizio piú professionale, cordiale e competente, dal ristorante, reception e la famiglia di proprietari, neanche negli alberghi 5 stelle si puó trovare un servizio cosí genuino e professionals al contempo

The place fantastic. We loved the staff, the beautiful gardens, the breakfast, the location, the hot tub, the views.
The room was small but it had a balcony that looked to the garden and one of the pools so all in all was fabulous.

Het personeel is fantastisch, zo aardig en hulpbehoevend. Zwembaden, niet heel groot maar gezellig, schoon en knus. Genoeg handdoeken en een drankje wordt zonder moeite geserveerd aan zwembad bedje. Ontbijt meer dan prima, met gezellig Italiaans zicht op het zwembad. Service in het hotel is 5 sterren plus waardig!
Wij hadden een erg kleine verouderde kamer, slechte airco (het was wel 36 graden buiten) en een erg kleine douche waarin je net kon staan. Achterwand bed was erg verouderd. Dit viel erg tegen.
Heb ook een blik in de suite mogen werpen, waar vrienden verbleven, deze was duidelijk veel mooier, ruimer en veel koeler. Daarnaast met deze temperaturen 2 kleine flesjes water was erg karig. Waardoor we extra grote flessen hebben besteld. Bij uitchecken hebben we hier melding van gemaakt, waarna deze kosten zonder discussie werden gecrediteerd.

Heerlijk hotel! Wij hadden een kamer aangrenzend aan de tuin. De tuin is ook prachtig! Het voelde er rustig (midden augustus). De bedden lagen heerlijk. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid. De medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk. Er waren 2 zwembaden met voldoende ligbedden om te liggen.
Het hotel was op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum (5 minuten lopen). Op het dak was een jacuzzi en een dakterras met uitzicht over het Gardameer. De airco kon je zelf instellen en was heel fijn. Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel!
Eigenlijk was alles perfect! Maar een paar kleine dingetjes eventueel ter verbetering als we dan wat moeten noemen: de wc kraakte als je er op ging zitten. Douchen was in bad, dit heeft niet onze voorkeur.
