Alapvetően a lokáció miatt megérte, de a szolgáltatások elérhetősége végett nem valószínű, hogy újra foglalok majd.
Pros:

A lokáció és a kilátás tökéletes, minden egy karnyújtásnyira volt a hoteltől. A parkoló ugyan kissé távolabb van, de ez nem okozott problémát, pár perc sétával elérhető volt az autó is - a parkolási rendszer külön remek, kedvezményes áron érhető el a belváros szívében.

Cons:

Ami számunkra talán a legkellemetlenebb volt, az az, hogy központi klíma van az épületben, azaz a légkondícionálónak nem volt állítható a hőmérséklete. Alig tudtunk pihenni a 25 fokos szobában - olyan is volt, hogy kint hűvösebb volt az idő, mint bent (viszont a reggeli és éjszakai árupakolás miatt nem lehetett volna nyitott ajtónál aludni). Véleményem szerint, ha napi 75-80.000 Huf két főre a szoba, akkor az a minimum, hogy ezt szabadon használhassuk. Véleményünk szerint a másik javítandó terület a reggeliztetés: soha nem volt feltöltve, ha valami elfogyott, azt nem is pótolták újra (pirítós, felvágottak, sajt stb.), és a választék is lehetett volna sokkal bőségesebb.

(Esetleg a ki- és bepakoláshoz lehetne a közelben egy felfestett várakozóhely, picit tanácstalanok voltunk érkezéskor.)

Pros:

ubicacion excelente frente al puerto y al centro histórico, llegamos a pie desde la estación del tren. La habitación espaciosa con te y café, baño a nuevo, excelente sábanas y cama muy confortable. Saliamos a cenar a pie, proximo a variedad de restaurantes. Muy recomendable. Desayuno muy completo para su calificación. Aire acondicionado

Piroscafo lake gem
Pros:

Wow location overlooking porta vaccio, resturants shops and ferry port to lake on doorstep.
Hotel piroscafo was perfect place to stay all staff professional helpful with a smile room clean, plenty wardrobe space comfortable bed walk in shower and balcony with fabulous view and excellent breakfast to eat inside or out under balcony to people watch just perfection

Would definitely return!

The location is fantastic. Close to everything especially and including the ferry. There is a lovely patio on the first floor for guest.

Cons:

Mit Auto nicht erreichbar da in der Fußgängerzone. Keine Parkplätze nur eine Tiefgarage die ungefähr 5min entfernt ist.

Amazing location, friendly women at the desk but if I was staying longer I’d want more space and a better breakfast.

The location is the selling point.

Cons:

Some of the staff are lovely but some don’t acknowledge you. The breakfast lets it down unfortunately and the shower was the smallest I’ve ever showered in to an uncomfortable point.

I thought we booked the best double room but it was a bit small. Breakfast not very selective and some things ran out after 9.30am!
