Pros:

It’s a great, clean place with very welcoming staff

Cons:

but there is one downside: I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel in the summer. The air conditioner won't go below 20 degrees, so it’s stuffy—we couldn't sleep at all at night.

Pros:

Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Located very close to the ferry terminal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in a room with the harbour view & balcony. It was a bit small but the bed was comfortable. It was great being able to sit out on the balcony. The breakfast was ok. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Wunderbare Lage in einen sehr freundlichen Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Hafen und am Marktplatz. Rings herum sind viele kleine suße Eisdielen, Läden und Restaurants. Der Platz vor dem Hotel ist immer sauber und angenehm belebt. Der Blick auf dem See ist super. Wunderbar ist das Frühstück auf der überdachten Terasse. Das Personal ist extrem engagiert und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet.

Cons:

Die Einzelbetten könnten breiter sein.

Great central hotel!
Pros:

It was in a great location as we explored Desenzano, we didn’t have a car so it was a great central location with a short walk to the train station and just a 2 minute walk to the harbour for the boats.

There are great restaurants options right on the door step and the staff were really helpful and welcoming.

Cons:

The shower in one of our rooms is extremely small with little room to move so was quite difficult for washing long hair but it wouldn’t be a deal breaker, we would stay again!

Great location. Room was good.

Cons:

No blanket on the bed, so it was a little cold by morning. There was a blanket in the cupboard we could have used, but at 5.00am we couldn't be bothered getting it. We could also have asked reception for a blanket and I'm sure they would have obliged.

Delightful stay and we would definitely choose the same hotel if visiting Lake Garda again.
Pros:

We loved the location with the view over the harbour. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It is really convenient for both the town and the harbour for sailing on the lake. Having a train station within 20 minutes walk is a bonus too, as Venice, Verona and many other locations are close enough to visit.

Cons:

I Missed having a swimming pool.

Pros:

The hotel has very good location, near harbour, very close to boat dock. It's also walking distance from train station. Rooms are basic but clean. Price-matched offer.
