Excellent location. Clean and friendly. A place where I can relax.
Pros:

For a hotel of this size the breakfast is very good. Plenty of choices. Nice to be served hot drinks at the table. Albeit with no hot food which might disappoint some. Spacious single room with a bath. In my experience unusual for a bath/shower.

Nothing occurs to me.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones están bien. El hotel es limpio y está muy bien situado.

Cons:

Hay que cerrar la puerta con llave, no basta con cerrarla como en la mayoría de hoteles. Nosotros al principio no nos dimos cuenta y se quedó la habitación abierta.

Comfortable room, great location.
Pros:

Excellent location, by a lot of restaurants. Great shared terrace looking out over the little port. Breakfast was a small but good selection, with the option to sit outside - which was pleasant before all the crowds arrived in the square. Chose the hotel because of its location and it met the expectations. Air conditioning and lift access was satisfactory.

Cons:

More instructions for luggage drop off needed, as the hotel sits in a shared traffic zone - which technically private vehicles aren't allowed to enter. We were questioned by police but they accepted the fact we were checking in to the hotel - otherwise could've been fined. Car parking is a multi level garage around 300m away.

We had a fabulous time as short as it was but we managed to get a look around the area
Pros:

The property was in a Great location with plenty of restaurants close by. It was clean and tidy with great facilities.

Cons:

When we asked the front desk about things to do or help on navigating the area you need to be a little more helpful.

Great location
Pros:

The location was perfect and the lady who checked us in arranged for a taxi to the train station which arrived on time.

Cons:

The room was very small and hot and the shower cubicle was tiny so banging elbows while showering. The air-conditioning was centrally controlled and set at 23c, we asked for it to be turned down but we couldn't feel any difference.

Absolutely stunning
Pros:

This hotel is so lovely. We booked a harbour view room and it was absolutely stunning views. The room was so clean and the bathroom too. Everything worked. The views at night are beautiful too. Waking up in the night and looking out the balcony will stay with me forever as it was just so beautiful. The breakfast was lovely too. It is in a great location. It is right by the boats to take you around the lake. There are so many places to eat and drink around. All the staff ate friendly and helpful.. I honestly can't fault the hotel and we ate always looking at booking to go back and we miss it so much.
