I will certainly revisit as there are so many advantages to this hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent as the hotel is located right on the old harbour with the lake and ferry just minutes away. Train station, from which you can get to Verona, Venice and Milan, is about 20 minutes walk or a quick taxi ride. I particularly loved the harbour view from my balcony with its two chairs. The larger balcony for use by all rooms was also great and there was a useful seating area outside the hotel too. All in all, a very high standard of service and cleanliness with the friendliness and helpfulness of staff much appreciated. And did I mention the delicious breakfast?

Cons:

The bedroom was adequate for a short stay although storage was limited and bedside tables a little small. The bathroom was fine for one person.

Four days away - a perfect place!
Pros:

What a hidden treasure! Beautiful situation - stunning room from my room overlooking the mini harbour and square with my own balcony. Great location for getting to the Market on Tuesdays, for walking to the Station to travel to Verona, Milan and Venice. Perfect for the ferry across to Sirmione. I will definitely stay again! Breakfast was great! Staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

There is no bar or location for a get together inside (although there is a seated area just outside and bars up and down the street). This does not cause a problem at all, it is just something to be noted.

The hotel is in a very good location, and the staff are helpful-especially Corina, who gave recommendations for good places to eat.

Cons:

We stayed for 4 nights -a wider selection for breakfast would have been good. Also, the mattress could have been more comfortable.

Pros:

Mejor ubicado, imposible. Para resumir, yo le daría una valoración de 4 estrellas (es de tres) especialmente por su staff, tanto de recepción como desayuno y limpieza.

Cons:

Quizás las habitaciones económicas que dan a un patio interno, pero eso se soluciona rápido con la terraza que hay en el primer piso, de uso común, con mesas y sillas y pasar un agradable momento contemplando desde arriba...
