Pros:

Die Terrasse des Hotels ist wirklich traumhaft und gehört eindeutig zu den Highlights. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut, und besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außerordentlich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, sowohl im Restaurant als auch insbesondere an der Bar. Hier stimmt der Service auf hohem Niveau.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Essens: es fehlte an klassischen Elementen der italienischen Küche wie frischem Fisch oder hochwertigen Fleischgerichten. Auch das Ambiente des Restaurants war enttäuschend. Beim Abendessen standen zahlreiche ungedeckte, leere Tische dicht an dicht, obwohl nur wenige Gäste anwesend waren. Es fehlte an Atmosphäre: kein Kerzenlicht, keine gedämpfte Beleuchtung, keine Wärme.

Unsere Zimmer sind deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört.

Moderne Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer fehlten vollständig.

In unserer Suite hatten wir an keinem einzigen Morgen warmes Wasser!! Duschen war morgens schlicht nicht möglich.

A definite add to my bucket list. We couldn't have been happier.
Pros:

Breakfast was an amazing feast, served by a wonderful staff. On the patio overlooking the lake.
One of the finest hotels I have ever experienced. Great location. Wonderful junior suite.

Bardzo dobre i urozmaicone śniadania, produkty wysokiej jakości. Niezapomniane śniadania na tarasie z widokiem na jezioro. Wspaniały personel, bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Pięknie położony hotel. Hotel w starym stylu dla osób lubiących klasykę, elegancję i antyki. Łazienka nowoczesna po remoncie.

Przydałby się Ekspres do kawy, był tylko czajnik doniesiony na moją prośbę.

Well worth the journey.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much bother. Our preferences were remembered at breakfast. Reception staff were so helpful confirming an early morning taxi back to the airport.

Cons:

Weather could have been better but the lake and the surrounding hills were so beautiful and peaceful we enjoyed it anyway.
