Erholsam, fernab von Stress und Unruhe.Ein Paradies hoch oben über dem See.
Pros:

Eine traumhafte Aussicht, ein ruhiger Außenpool umgeben von steinernen Statuen u viel Natur. Das Zimmer war geräumig u gemütlich mit steinernem Fußboden . Das Frühstück war okay, hauptsächlich wegen der Aussicht.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren leider durchgelegen u extrem nervig war der geringe Wasserdruck im Bett. Zum Duschen bin ich somit in den Wellnessbereich ausgewichen. Die Badewanne, die mir sehr wichtig ist, ließ sich somit gar nicht nutzen. Das Personal am Empfang war äußerst unfreundlich u schnell genervt.
Die Dame im Speisesaal hingegen ein Springbrunnen der Fröhlichkeit.

Die Lage ist top. Ein traumhafter Ausblick auf den Lago. Der Fisch am Abend war auch sehr lecker und der Pool ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wird nicht liebevoll gepflegt. Risse in den Fliesen, veraltete Bäder, man sieht die Renovierungsbedürftigkeit.

Wir hatten eine Tischreservierung für Abends - mussten dann mit der Reservierung schon angeben, was wir zu Essen wünschten. Dies ging aber nur persönlich an der Rezeption. Wir taten also wie gesagt und am Abend bei Tisch wurde uns gesagt daß wir bitte jetzt die Bestellung aufgeben sollten. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat es wohl vergessen. Wir warteten über eine Stunde auf unseren Fisch!
Unser Zimmer war im Angebot mit Balkon. Es hatte keinen.
Die Hunde kosten extra jedoch ist nichts für sie bereit gestellt, was sehr schade ist. Um das Hotel gibt es wenig Grünflächen für die Hunde um ihr Geschäft zu verrichten.

Great views, but the hotel and its management have probably seen better days.
Pros:

Beautiful views across Lake Garda, especially from the dining area and upper suites. Privacy in upper suite due to surrounding areas not being used during our stay. Nice walk into the Old Town with good options for drinks and dining. Outdoor pool was good size and water was clean. Indoor pool was also clean. Spa facilities were adequate and spa hostess/therapist was very welcoming and personable, as was were some of the waitresses.

Cons:

Many aspects are tired and poorly maintained. For example, cracked and uneven tiles on steep steps and mouldy parasols, dirty door mats and fraying seating cushions. No shuttle up and down the steep hill into Gardone Riviera.

Super consigliata! Top!
Pros:

Soggiorno fantastico! Struttura meravigliosa con vista sul lago di Garda, sia dalla stanza che dalla mega terrazza dove poi si svolge la colazione (abbondante e buonissima, soprattutto i vari tipi di torte). Statue antiche, vegetazione, architetture, tutto elegante ed esteticamente bello! Parcheggio gratuito, comodissimo non solo per soggiornare in hotel, ma anche per arrivare a piedi al vicino Vittoriale volendo. Piscina esterna ed interna, SPA inclusa con sauna, bagno turco e docce emozionali. Stanza anch'essa molto elegante, con letto in velluto rosso; giusti spazi, tavolino e sedie a disposizione fuori dalla porta, bagno comodo con doccia super spaziosa (addirittura soffione doppio!). Letti e cuscini molto comodi. Presente anche un ristorante interno, ma purtroppo non abbiamo avuto modo di sperimentarlo.
In definitiva struttura super meritevole sotto ogni punto di vista! Sicuramente consigliata per visitare Gardone Riviera, ma anche i dintorni del Lago di Garda!

Etliche Bezüge auf der "Speise Terrasse " sahen so aus. Wahrlich ein Aushängeschild


- für gehbehinderte Menschen nicht geeignet, weder das Hotel, noch der Anstieg dorthin. ca. 20 Minuten bergauf, wenn man gut ist
- Hundekot über mehrere Tage am Pool
- Die hintere Liegewiese völlig heruntergekommen, selbst am Pool liegen Spa Pantoffeln in der Botanik.
- Pool Snackbar hatte die gesamte 2. Woche geschlossen, keinerlei Informationen darüber bekommen.
- Überhaupt, gab es keinerlei Informationen,
alles musste der Gast in Erfahrung bringen
- 3 Tage gedauert, bis ein neuer TV bereit gestellt wurde, obwohl nebenan die Zimmer leer waren, dort hätte man einen finden können
- Wasserkocher (Tee/Kaffee) im Zimmer ist mittlerweile Standard, waren nicht vorhanden
- Frühstücks Terrasse fegt niemand, Kunststoffbecher und Kippen vom Vortrag
- Frühstück, kein Omelette, keine Spiegeleizubereitung, keinerlei Überraschung. Es wird auch nicht nachgefüllt. - keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Koffer im Zimmer - Kosmetiktücher nicht vorhanden. - Spa Bereich fehlende Fliesen im Bodenbereich, Verletzungsgefahr. Das Blech unter dem Sauna Ofen steht vor Dreck. Frühstücksreservierung hat nicht funktioniert, - das unfreundliche Personal hatte uns hinausgebeten und wir sollten 15 Minuten draußen warten. - Pool im Innenberech nicht beheizt, wie beschrieben.
Fazi: Gäste sind dem Management und Personal völlig fremd und egal.

Una piccola bomboniera sul Lago
Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro storico (10-15 minuti a piedi). Possibilità di parcheggio in struttura. Camera ben tenuta e confortevole anche se molto piccola, ben climatizzata. Colazione abbondante e con una vista sul lago davvero mozzafiato. Personale disponibile. Noi abbiamo avuto un problema con il bagno della camera, per cui ci è stata subito sostituita, gesto che ho molto apprezzato. Non abbiamo avuto modo di provare la Spa e la piscina all’aperto, ma sembrava molto bella. Ci torneremo.

Cons:

Le camere sono davvero piccole. Noi abbiamo prenotato una camera su Booking che doveva essere di 18 mq, ma in realtà era molto più piccola. Non mi è piaciuta molto questa cosa, ma dovendo stare solo una notte, ed avendo comunque il confort necessario, non abbiamo fatto notare la cosa alla Reception.
