Un weekend rilassante con ottimo cibo e vista sul lago magnifica.
Pros:

La struttura era bellissima, come lo era la vista. La suite era deliziosa. Inoltre lo staff molto gentile, soprattutto Emy. Persona molto gentile e accogliente. Servizio SPA con bagno turco e sauna ottimi.

Alcuni spazi esterni poco curati, acqua della spa fredda.

Piscine e spa ottime. Albergo molto silencioso e mai affollato, questa è la 4 volta che ci vado e continua a piacermi.

Il servizio a cena nella giornata del sabato 30 maggio, è stato penoso. Tutto lo staff era perso, portavano piatti su i tavoli sbagliati, mi hanno portato il dolce prima del secondo, il vino e il pane è arrivato soltanto dopo 4 solleciti. Insomma non ci tornerei a cena all’interno dell’albergo.

Wunderschöne Lage mit traumhalten Garten und Ausblick auf den See

Das Hotel ist wunderbar in einen Hügel gebaut. Es ist nicht neu aber hat ganz viel Esprit. Der Garten ist herrlich angelegt. Es gibt einen großen Indoorpool und einen wunderschönen Außenpool. Die Anlage ist großartig. Natürlich müsste das ein oder andere repariert werden, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, alles da was man so braucht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders für Haustierbesitzer ist es ideal. Es waren mindestens 5 Hunde da, die überall Platz haben und willkommen sind. Für mich eines der schönsten Hotels aufgrund der Lage, des Gartens und des Personals.

Cons:

Man könnte noch einen Ablegeplatz für den Koffer ins Zimmer geben.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante in una location elegante con una vista davvero spettacolare sul Lago di Garda.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e curata, con vista splendida sul lago. Atmosfera rilassante, camera pulita e personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima posizione per visitare Gardone Riviera e muoversi a piedi.

Cons:

Le ragazze alla reception sono state gentilissime, così come un cameriere. Purtroppo, invece, le cameriere del ristorante sia a cena che a colazione sono risultate piuttosto scortesi e prepotenti. Peccato perché hanno rovinato l’atmosfera.
