Godt og kunne sagtens finde på at komme igen.
Pros:

Skønt sted med flot udsigt. Maden og vine var god som klart kan anbefales. Særlig deres tjener Emy var enestående, god betjening og meget god til at formidle mad og vin som vi bestilte.

Cons:

Der er mange trapper og hvis de lige fik fjernet ukrudt rundt omkring og vasket gulv på balkonen. Var det rigtigt fint.
Man skal også være opmærksom på at der er stejlt at gå fra byen op til hotellet. Men vi syntes ikke det var et problem.

Una location da sogno, nella quale si respirano storia ed emozioni...un panorama mozzafiato ricco di emozioni! Servizio fantastico attento e solare!! Consigliatissimo!!

Reposant dans un cadre idyllique mais aurait pu l’être encore plus si les chambres étaient un peu mieux entretenues

Cons:

Plusieurs éléments dans la chambre qui ne fonctionnaient pas ou vieux, à changer (climatisation poussiéreuse, vitre bancale, volet qui ne ferme pas entièrement, chasse d’eau qui se remplit très lentement)

Chambre lit double composée de deux lits simples accolés beaucoup moins confortable notamment par rapport au prix payé

Supplément pour le chien un peu cher. Ils sont acceptés et c’est très bien, mais aucun équipements pour eux types gamelles dans les chambres ou à l’accueil , pas de poubelles pour les sacs à crotte par exemple

Horaires des piscines: ce serait encore mieux d’avoir accès à la piscine jusqu’à 21h par exemple

Great stay! Will definitely come back for a longer vacation.
Pros:

Great find! The staff was super friendly and professional throughout the whole stay, they also speak all the languages :) We had a room with a beautiful view on the lake, with large terrace and easy access to the parking lot. The swimming pools are greatly maintained, always clean, there is a lifeguard in the outside pool there and since it's quite deep there is not that many children (at least during our stay) so we could relax. It's a beautiful location, amazingly decorated. All the room facilities are functioning, it's clean and pretty. Our stay was just great and I would highly recommend staying in this place - will definitely come back.

Cons:

The room itself had a very small bathroom, which is even too small for young and fit people - I could barely go out of shower not touching the sink. Everything in the room was quite old (furniture is not really practical, even though it's pretty) and the bathroom facilities are also a bit outdated. But it's all clean and functional, so we didn't have an issue with it. Everything else was spotless! highly recommend.

Romantisch bezauberndes Hotel mit herrlichen Ausblick und viel Charme
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und die Anlage ist märchenhaft. Natürlich nicht perfekt gepflegt was auch kaum möglich ist aber das verleiht dem Hotel den besonderen Charme. Ob es nun 4 Sterne sind darüber kann man diskutieren aber alleine die Lage der Ausblick machen alles wett. Ja in unserem Fall könnte das Bad mal wieder renoviert werden aber die Sauberkeit war definitiv vorhanden. Das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse empfanden wir sehr gut. Der Pool war sauber ebenso die Anlage im allgemeinen und wir können nicht verstehen wie andere Gäste das leicht bemängeln. Rundum nur Grün mit tollen Pflanzen das ist keine Anlage mit Rasen und monoton.

Cons:

Um das Hotel perfekt zu machen sollten die Bäder in unseren Fall mal renoviert werden.

Nejprve jsem reklamoval pokoj ,neboť jsem dostal úplně jiný horší kvality než jsem si objednal a snídaně slabší průměr,jeden druh šunky a salámu ,vejce,párečky nebyly ,co bylo dobré, bylo sladké pečivo a dortíky.Jinak takový normální průměr.

We stayed here for our wedding anniversary. The room was comfortable, with lake view. The staff was incredibly friendly. Dinner was also fantastic! But…

Cons:

There was a power outage due to a storm which lasted all day and night, So the property was very compromised (no power, no A/C, no kitchen, no light…) and the hotel provided no information nor any supplies (candles, water,…). This was very disappointing and made the stay not enjoyable during that time and hence left a bad memory. 😔
