Vi har vært her flere ganger, nå var solsenger flyttet opp på et sted som var varmt. Personalet spesielt ved frokost servering var svært sure og lite vennlige. Buffeten ble ikke etterfylt. Vi bodde som vanlig på junior suite, der var det pappkrus til kaffemaskinen. Vi snakket med flere faste gjester som var like misfornøyde. Etter mange år på hotellet- nå kommer vi ikke igjen.

Utrolig flott beliggenhet helt nede ved vannet. Frokost på terrassen med godt utvalg. Hotellet har solterrasse med håndklær og utedusj tilgjengelig.
Personalet hjelper deg med bagasjen opp til rommet ved ankomst. Fint oppusset rom med kaffemaskin og god aircondition. Badet var ikke adskilt med dør, men toalettet var det. Fungerte utmerket, og dusjsonen hadde god avtrekk.

חזרנו למקום פעם שנייה . ביחס לפעם הראשונה המצב התדרדר או שלא שודרג. התשתיות ישנות. ארון בגדים בחדר עם שאריות של לכלוך ליד הידיות. אחד הארונות כמעט מתפרק. המקלחת חייב לשדרג. לא מתאים לסטנדרט של בית מלון. אחד חברי הצוות שהגיע להחליף סדין בחדר לא ידע איך להחליף כנראה שלחו איש אחזקה ולא חדרן. והסדין היה מלוכלך בקבלת החדר. למרות שהיה מזגן בחדר לא קרר מספיק. קצת מאכזב ביחס לבית מלון במיקום הזה.

Es war mal besser… jetzt ist es „okay“. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.
Pros:

Lage ist top. Wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang vom Hotel aus zu sehen. Essen war sehr gut. Für kurzen Aufenthalt super, für eine ganze Woche ungeeignet (waren wir).

Cons:

Es gibt freundliches, aber überwiegend unfreundliches Personal. Das nicht grüßt (Service), manche sind schnippisch (Rezeption). Es wurde über wichtige Dinge nicht kommuniziert. Ebenso die Veränderung der Terrasse war uns nicht bekannt (Bestuhlung anstatt Liegen). Im Zimmer (Hauptgebäude) roch es nach Schimmel. Das Frühstück war mal gut, mal lieblos. Alles in allem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter etwas überfordert & wenig herzlich sind.
