תי להביע את אכזבתי מהאירוח במלון. לצערי, במהלך השהות שלנו נתקלנו ביחס לא נעים מצד חלק מצוות המלון, מה שפגע בהנאה ובחוויה הכוללת. ציפינו לשירות אדיב ומכבד, ולכן חווייתנו הייתה מאכזבת מאוד
Personale reception/colazioni incapace ; poca informazione: molti servizi sono extra: parcheggio del hotel a pagamento 15 € al giorno e nessuno te lo riferisce e ti presentano solo il conto alla fine; i bambini non possono accedere alla Spa interna all hotel neanche se soggiorni si giustificano dicendo che i bambini danno fastidio agli adulti nella spa allora dovrebbero utilizzare il modello di hotel SOLI ADULTI se i bambini infastidiscono!!!!! Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite non hanno neanche messo un letto al bambino ma un lenzuolo sul divano e il bambino ha dovuto dormire con noi perché aveva freddo; una semplice omelette o una spremuta sono a pagamento quando con quello che si paga dovrebbero essere compresi e quando vengono a chiederti L ordine ti dicono a pagamento a pagamento a pagamento….. creando una situazione ridicola con il cliente! Siamo andati in un hotel 5 stelle a Limone del Garda sempre junior suite pagato meno, accesso a tutti i servizi e tutto compreso! Hotel bagni nuovi a Bormio uguale accesso alla terme per il bambino in caso di soggiorno, colazioni tutto compreso!!! Quando prenoti colazione inclusa vuol dire che é inclusa non che devo pagare una spremuta !!!!Prezzo elevato per i servizi offerti ! Lo sconsiglio vivamente e sicuramente non torneremo più !
