La struttura e in un ottima posizione. Lo staff e molto Gentile, e sanno fare il loro lavoro cercano di soddisfare tutte le richieste. Il personale delle pulizie sono state molto brave e simpatiche.

We were not 1st time in this hotel, so every time is always have the perfect emotions. There are all in one point: location, service, wonderful view, SPA, room, pets friendly.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit kleinem Spa inmitten der bezaubernden Altstadt von Sirmione. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der liebevolle Charme, mit dem das Hotel geführt wird, Hotelgastgeber die auch immer vor Ort sind, die unglaubliche Tierliebe (den ganzen Tag über sieht man Katze und Hunde im Empfangsbereich des Hotels) und der hervorragende Service. Dazu ein tolles Frühstück mit Klaviermusik, immer lächelndes und zuvorkommendes Personal und ein einzigartiger Flair.
