Region war schön, dieses Hotel werden wir nicht mehr buchen.

Frühstück war super mit guter Auswahl.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war ab 2. Tag defekt und wurde trotz meiner Meldung an der Rezeption nicht repariert. Keine Lüftungsmöglichkeit im Bad / WC vorhanden. Es war nur ein Abzugsrohr ohne montierten Badlüfter vorhanden. Deshalb unangenehmer modriger Geruch im Zimmer.
Das Etagenbett der Kinder war ein wackeliges Eisengestell was bei jeder Bewegung quietschte. Duschkabine mit 70cm x 70cm sehr klein. Vorhang im Schlafzimmer ließ sich nicht komplett schließen, blieb 20cm offen. Poolanlage hatte einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Wlan sehr langsam und im Zimmer und am Pool nicht vorhanden.

Es gibt leider keinen Kühlschrank. Es waren bei uns im Zimmer eine Menge Armeisen die das Hundefutter ungenießbar gemacht haben.

Perfect verblijf aan het Gardameer
Pros:

Grote kamers, vriendelijk & behulpzaam personeel, voldoende parking, goed restaurant ook ideaal om ‘‘s avonds nog iets te drinken. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met voor ieder wat wils. Dit was onze 2de keer & wij komen zeker nog terug!

Das Hotel hat eigentlich sehr viel Potenzial, das teilweise ungenutzt bleibt.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels zum See ist optimal (5 Minuten zu Fuß) und es gibt genügend Parkplätze.
Das Gebäude, die Poolanlage und die Räumlichkeiten sind einladend und schön. Auch das Frühstück war mit seiner großen Auswahl überzeugend. Es gab immer sehr viel Obst, was uns besonders freute.

Cons:

Die Zimmer wirkten hingegen sehr lieblos. Es ist klar, dass ein Hotelzimmer in der Preiskategorie nicht alles vom feinsten haben kann. Leider wirkte die Einrichtung an vielen Stellen lieblos und in die Jahre gekommen. So war an unserem Waschbecken der Sticker des Typs noch drauf, der Beistelltisch war zerbrochen und generell fehlte es etwas an Ablageflächen.
Das größte Problem stellte allerdings das Bad dar. Schon am ersten Tag fiel ins auf das von diesem ein sehr schlechter Geruch - eine Mischung aus kaltem Rauch und Moder - ausging. Wir sprachen das an, was eine ungläubige Reaktion hervorrief. Man wollte sich darum kümmern. Am Anfang roch das Bad auch frischer, allerdings kam der Geruch nach kurzer Zeit immer wieder. Egal, ob die Lüftung an war oder nicht, es war eigentlich unerträglich. Generell waren Zimmer und Bad grundsätzlich sauber, wobei man auch hier nicht genau in die Ecken schauen sollte.

מלון מקסים, שירותי ומיקום מעולה. מומלץ בחום❤️
Pros:

מלון מקסים במרחק של 10 דקות ממרכז סרמיונה (מספיק קרוב אך מספיק רחוק כדי לא לסבול מהרעש וההמולה של המרכז).
הצוות מקסים ומאוד שירותי.
במלון יש גם מסעדה טובה.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello in posizione molto comoda per le varie attrazioni della zona.
Personale disponibile, camera molto confortevole e ottima la pulizia.
Colazione molto buona e varia tra dolce e salato.
