Compact yet very comfortable room.
Shower head was massive and very enjoyable.

Location very close to the train station which is why I chose it. Sort walk into the main town and lake.
Loved having a fridge in the room but it was a little difficult to access.

From the entrance, the hotel appeared very clean, modern, upkept and staff was polite and attentive.
The breakfast selection was really good and everything was fresh and tasty - great GF selection too. The rooms were spacious and had everything you'd need for a couple of days' stay with a clever space organisation.
The bathroom was a bit worn out in certain spots, the shower drain wasn't propped up properly and we couldn't figure out how to turn off the mirror light without offing the entire power in the room.
La gentillesse du personnel et positionnement stratégique pour visiter
Le fait de faire la file pour visiter Bellagio car impossible de réserver sur leur site. Quand on arrive notre tour, on m’a dit qu’il n’y a plus de réservation possible qu’il faut demain matin 7h.
Nous sommes arrivés à 8h30 avec à nouveau une file pas possible et lorsque notre tour arrive, on nous dit qu’il n’y a plus de place et que le bateau rapide est pour 12h30 donc pas possible de faire Varenne et Bellagio. Attention on nous propose que l’aller. Il faut vite parce qu’on débarque et il faut aller chercher le retour. Et bien entendu à nouveau on lui dit qu’il n’y a plus de place avant certains créneaux. L’après-midi. possible de faire Varennes et Bellagio il a fallu faire un choix et Bellagio. Mise à part un business de Restaurant, il n’y a pas grand chose à faire si peu de temps. Nous avons même décidé d’écourter et de rentrer plus tôt. Très déçu très cher. On nous vend du rêve du rêve.
Esmorzar molt complert
Els bombers van desallotjar l’hotel per una possible intoxicació de gas. Jo anava amb la meva filla de 8 anys i després de més de 2 hores al carrer ( de 22.45 a 1.00) vaig decidir anar a passar la nit a un altre hotel. El personal va ser molt amable i pacient, Però em van dir que em reemborsarien l’import de les despeses a l’altre hotel, així com el taxi i la taxa turística, però he fet la reclamació enviant tota la documentació però encara no he rebut resposta. Us agrairé que agilitzeu els tràmits. No es pot fer res per l’ensurt de sortir del llit amb una nena petita plorant i nerviosa, i la por que encara té a les nits, però almenys hauria de poder recuperar els diners aviat.

Parcheggio,una pecca, pochi posti auto in garage seminiterrato, basso per parcheggiare un furgone, l'unica opzione a pagamento lungo l'hotel.
Die Lage zum Bahnhof und in die Altstadt. Gutes Hotel, dem Preis entsprechend.
Altes Badezimmer, kleine Betten, Frühstück genügend.
