Pros:

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The walls en the ceiling looked damaged. The room was very noisy. Not because of loud guests but because of bad insulation. The location is close to the station and city center, but the direct surroundings looked pretty bad.

Location and value for the money

Cons:

It was too loud inside the room and you can hear different sounds like toilet flushing (really loud) from the above rooms which is really disturbing.
