We stayed for one lovely night and have a great experience.
Pros:

We loved that it was eco friendly and looked like the photos. STAFF WAS AMAZING AND SO NICE. Gave us tips on how to get Bellagio and let us recoup after being rained on all day in the lobby even though our checkout was that morning. 10/10 staff.

Cons:

The only thing is it was a 15 min walk from the ferry but it was close to the train. It’s a trade off.

The staff was nice. And that’s pretty much it.

Cons:

Filthy and loud. This place was filthy, old, and I get that it’s a 3star hotel but the mold on the ceiling, toilet seat flat that would not stay open and would literally hit your back once you try to use the toilet - it is ridiculous, and the leaking sink pipe that leaves an orange spot in the floor - disgusting. The noises during the night, the walls are so thin that you can hear people moving chairs or flushing the toilet like it’s in your own room. When someone is opening door (next to you or above/ below you whoever knows where) it’s like someone si opening your own door. Not worth even 5euros.

Pokoje czyste, w pokoju mała lodoweczka, czajnik i papierowe kubki. Lokalozacja nam pasowała, bo przypłynęliśmy promem i w ok. 15 minut byliśmy na miejscu. Wracaliśmy pociągiem ze stacji Como st.Giacomo której też było ok 15 minut spokojnym spacerkiem. Do sklepu Carrefour ok. 10 minut. Opcja ze śniadaniem super sprawa. Była jajecznica, kiełbaski, wędlina, sery, ogórki, pomidory, jogurty, owoce, a także typowo włoskie na słodko. Śniadanie od godziny 7 rano. Polecam.

Cons:

The room is furnished very modestly, I simply lacked a shelf for my clothes so I kept some of my things in a suitcase.
