Cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado
I don’t often leave reviews but this hotel deserves it. Everything about this place was amazing. The location, the food and the staff especially. Andres at the front desk mapped out our routes, provided us endless advice and helped with our scheduling. The bar tender provided me hot water in a pot with cups every night on request. The washing was done so perfectly I was amazed. All the staff were so friendly and happy it made it feel like a family environment and such a great place to call home temporarily. The breakfast was amazing! Could not recommend enough!

Everything was beautiful, so clean, so esthetic. Beautiful rooms, lots of flowers. Nice staff.
The hotel wasn't cheap. I think the spa should have been included and with no extra charge.
L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed in circa 20 minuti, percorrendo una piacevole via pedonale sul retro della struttura, si raggiunge comodamente il centro. La colazione è buona, anche se non molto varia. Le camere sono state ristrutturate, mantenendo però il loro stile classico, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato. È disponibile un ampio parcheggio e lo staff si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole.
L'unico aspetto che ci ha lasciato un po' perplessi è che diversi servizi sono a pagamento, come ad esempio la spa. Considerando il costo già elevato del soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati un prezzo più contenuto per accedervi, o magari che fosse inclusa. Probabilmente, però, è anche una conseguenza dei prezzi generalmente più alti della zona di Cortina.

우리는 4박이라서 좀 피곤함을 느꼈습니다.
지역 특성상 많은 숙소들이 도로에 인접해 있어서 소음은 다같은 문제일거 같아요

Location is fine, nice staff
Shower doors don’t close, toilet wasn’t securely fastened to the floor in our room. Both were ill after eating scrambled eggs for breakfast - didn’t eat these again and problem went away. Rooms are very dated and don’t have universal European plugs, also no ac which is ok for ski resort, but traffic noise is incredibly loud. This was by far our worst hotel in the dolomites with significantly higher cost than others at 100pp per night. Spa is totally overpriced and should be included in stay or small fee. Staff were fine, room was clean but that was about it that I would say was good.
