The personalities and friendliness of the staff couldn't of been any better. The staff were very outgoing, welcoming, and accommodating. The breakfast was perfetto. The location was excellent with a bus stop, pizzeria, and grocery story all within a hundred feet of the front door. You are also just a 5 minute walk to a ski tram and a 5 minute walk to the town plaza thru the main shopping district. We will stay here again because of the staff.

The room was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was friendly & helpful.
Lovely staff. Looked like run by mom, dad, and their son. There’s some traffic noise for those sensitive to it. Breakfast was very nice.

The rooms were clean with good ensuite facilities. When possible, the hotel moved us from a trio into two double rooms that shared a bathroom much to my 20 year old son's appreciation. Good ski room with boot drying rack, and located one minute walk from the bus stop to the ski lifts. Breakfast was a feast in itself, with fresh fruit, yoghurts, juice, cereal, cooked breakfast, cold meats, pastries and doughnuts, together with freshly made coffee. Emilio and his staff could not have been more helpful.

Good location across from Conad supermarket and near Skibus stop. Ski storage in garage and elevator available. Wonderfully friendly front desk staff and excellent housekeeping and breakfast.
No bathroom on the ground floor/in the lobby/breakfast room area.
Location was right next to the bus stops, town and super market.
Limited facilities, i.e. no sofa or relaxing seating area.
Rooms were basic with dated decor. There was only one charging point available.
Food was basic and pasties were generally not fresh.
Walls were thin and if your room was road side quite noisy.
We loved this hotel! The perfect spot for everything! It’s off the Main Street which makes it easy to maneuver. The ski shuttle and buses stop right in front. The daily breakfast was amazing! We can’t wait to visit again!
