Anna at reception was very welcoming, caring and supportive.
Nice staff, quiet at night even with being close to the reception desk. Not extremely close to the touristy attractions which is good. Breakfast is worth the money.
Room is a little small as well as the bathroom but that’s a given in a smallish hotel.

Excellent stay and good price for Venice. Great location about 15 mins walk to rialto. And lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity That are reasonably priced. Rooms clean, service excellent and a great area.
There was nothing we didn’t like. We booked the small double room and went in with the expectation that it would be very small and could be cramped however it was actually bigger than we had imagined and we encountered no issues with this.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They really helped us plan our daily itinerary. The hotel is well located near a main street and a few minutes from the water bus terminal. The breakfast in the room was basic but good which we had the morning we had to checkout. The rooms were clean. It was a decent 3star stay.
The bed was very springy and you can feel every movement which can disturb sleep. Not a comfortable night’s sleep if you are a light sleeper who is used to modern firmer mattresses. We also had hot water issues. The shower turned cold very quickly like after a minute and there was never enough hot water. Also very little toiletries, only handsoap and shampoo.
