Pros:

A equipe do hotel foi muito atenciosa. O quarto atendeu muito bem nossa estadia na cidade e foi perfeito, o banheiro era grande e espaçoso. A localização também é ótima, cerca de 10 min a pé da estação.

La chambre est spacieuse, propre. Tout est changé chaque jour.
La chambre est bien isolée, avec vue sur un petit canal.
Salle d'eau moderne, spacieuse et propre avec des équipements neufs.

Sehr nettes Hotel in Super Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, in einer ruhigen Nebengasse. Blick auf den Kanal war sehr hübsch. Frühstück hatten wir außer Haus in einem nahen Cafe. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Wasserkocher war sehr angenehm im Februar!

If I travel again to Venice I definitely know where to stay - sure at Cannaregio 2357.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is very convenient - Santa Lucia Station is only 15 minutes of walk & you can reach San Mark Square very easily in 20 minutes. The room was clean. Staff is much helpful, friendly and supportive. They delivers the breakfast into the room. The breakfast was full, fresh and tasty. The room was with a with a view over the canal, and so that made me to feel myself as a Venetian for a couple of days. The neighborhood is quite calm.
