ホテルの皆さんは常に笑顔で、大変親切でした。
建物の雰囲気はジブリの映画の世界のようで、ホテルに一歩足を踏み入れた時から非日常の空間を満喫できます。中庭も美しく、いくらでも眺めていられそうなくらいです。またベネチアを訪れることがあればぜひこちらにお世話になりたいと思います。

The Hotel staff were excellent. They couldn’t do enough to help us enjoy our stay

Location is good and outdoor garden sitting area quite a plus

Cons:

Our room was. Dry small with a tiny bathroom. They said it was because we booked through Bookings but that is their classic room. It just looked much different than the pictures.

The most heavenly hotel in all of Venice.
Pros:

The most beautiful hotel in all of Venice. The location was excellent, the staff exceptional and the rooms absolutely beautiful. They booked all our restaurants upon their recommendations and organised all our boat trips and activities. We loved the secret garden court yard for breakfast and also coming back for a drink after a busy day in Venice sitting in this beautiful tranquil courtyard was just heaven!! we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back!!

Tranquil, authentic, charming, friendly. More stars than officially given. Don’t hesitate.

Absolutely stunning. Charming and authentic. Great location but quiet and calm. Antique furniture in the rooms. Choose the room at the end of the corridors. 36 or something similar. Stag were without exception fantastic.

We highly recommend a stay at the beautiful hotel.
Pros:

This lovely boutique hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing in Venice - only minutes from St Mark’s square with easy walking to other areas and water transport. It is quiet and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful with advice and bookings. A delicious breakfast is served in a gorgeous shaded courtyard. We loved it!
