A pleasant and comfortable stay!
Pros:

The hotel is off on a side street in Venice which affords it a quiet location. The room was pleasant and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. We were informed that breakfast commences at 0800 on our arrival and that they could not provide any service earlier nor provide a take away breakfast, however on our first morning the concierge arranged for us to have an early continental breakfast at 0700 which was very much appreciated.

Cons:

Initial reception could have been a better experience. Upon our arrival the woman at the front desk began to describe various tours etc. We had just finished a 20 hour journey and we believe that was quite obvious however she was quite diligent in ensuring that we knew what tours the hotel could arrange etc. Given this, I interrupted her in a respectful way to explain our situation and she was fine with that. She also was quite clear with us that no breakfast would be served before 0800 either in the dining room nor would they provide a continental breakfast in a bag. Thankfully the person on the desk the next day sorted our breakfast for us.

Pros:

Stunning hotel with top notch customer service. Wonderful breakfast in their beautiful dining room. Quiet location with a beautiful entrance, stunning garden, and gorgeous atmosphere throughout. Staff was so helpful with providing directions, personalized recommendations, and helping us make dinner reservations. This will be my go-to when I return to Venice in the future. Highly recommend!

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Das Personal zeichnet sich durch große Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit aus. Der Bar- und Frühstücksbereich ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet und lädt dazu ein, auch über längere Zeit zu verweilen.

Cons:

Der Aufpreis beim Frühstück für zusätzliche Wünsche wie Eier oder Schinken steht in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zu den ohnehin hohen Zimmerpreisen.
