Hôtel très bien situé proche station routière et de toutes les lignes de bateau.
Personnel vraiment au top et chambres calmes et très propres. Petit déjeuner très bien aussi

Πολύ όμορφο ξενοδοχείο, κεντρικό,2 λεπτα από το σταθμό τρένου & λεωφορείων.
Απλά δεν υπήρχε βοήθεια απο το προσωπικό όταν ζητήσαμε ταξί πρωινές ώρες για αεροδρόμιο.
Και έτσι φύγαμε πιο νωρίς, όμως για καλη μας τύχη βρήκα αμέσως απο την πλατεία.

Professioneller Service und gutes Frühstück. Schöne Lage direkt am Canale Grande und sehr nahe am Bahnhof. Schöne Ausstattung.

Cons:

Zimmer sind sehr schön, aber eher klein und mit zwei Koffern dann grad voll.

ロケーション最高、朝食最高、無料荷物預かり

チェックアウト後の荷物預かりについて。当日中の受け取りなら、無料です。以前の口コミで「７ユーロで預かってくれる」というのを見かけましたが、それは恐らく間違いです。私は全く問題なく無料で預かってもらえました。７ユーロは地方税（2人分）としてチェックアウト時に現金で払うもので、口コミの方はそれを荷物預かり料金と勘違いされたものと思います。
さて、ホテルについて。鉄道駅から徒歩10分、ローマ広場のバスターミナルと水上バスターミナルからすぐ。公共交通と自分の足だけで、街歩きを楽しみたい私のような方には最高のロケーションです。
水路が見えるお部屋だったので、朝カーテンを開けると「ああ、ベネチアにいるなあ」実感しながら。おしゃれな中庭で頂ける朝食も素晴らしい。

Está cerca de la estación y de la parada de bus del aeropuerto. Nuestra habitación daba a un canal y se veía incluso el Gran Canal. Habitación e instalaciones con encanto. Cama con colchón duro, muy cómoda

Lo único deficiente es el desayuno, sobre todo lo salado. Mejorable

Estadia fantástica e especial!

Quarto maravilhoso, confortável e muito bem decorado. Agradecer ao hotel pelo upgrade que ganhamos. Foi fantástico! Localização excelente, próximo à estação ferroviária Santa Lucia assim como da Piazzela Roma e dos pontos turísticos. Café da manhã excelente. Foi uma estadia maravilhosa e muito especial.
