Far from airport and water bus stop but perfect for families with kids and spend time on the beach
Pros:

Property is walking distance from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Closest bus stop is 6 minutes walk

Cons:

Its far from Venice and you have to walk to the bus stop to catch the water taxi. But if you want to stay away from the tourist crowd, its not bad.

Erilainen Venetsia tuli nähtyä Lidon saarelta.
Pros:

Hyvällä sijainnilla viihtyisä hotelli. Ympärillä puutarhaa ja merenrantaan kivenheitto. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Hyvä aamupala. Viiniä sai ostaa respasta huoneeseen.

Cons:

Keväinen ilma oli iltaisin kolea. Huoneessa voisi olla lisälämmitin/patteri.

Det var en familjär stämning på hotellet.
Pros:

Det var vackert och låg fint. Personalen var mycket trevliga. Det var städat och fint varje dag. Vi vistades dock bara på hotellet när vi sov.

Det luktade konstigt i vårt rum.

Ein schönes gepflegtes altes Hotel, mit einigen Schönheitsfehlern.
Pros:

Das Badezimmer mit Marmor.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Dellux Zimmer gebucht.
Bei der Ankunft hat man uns zwei alte Plastikstühle auf die Terrasse gestellt, am dritten Tag einen Tisch.
Es gab im Bad und im Kühlschrank nur Plastik/Pappbecher. Einfach schrecklich.
Das warme Wasser ist erst nach 5 Minuten gelaufen mit einem sehr dünnen Wasserstrahl. Konnte man sich kaum mit waschen.
Es wurde uns dann aber ein Frühstück spendiert.

Pros:

Чудове розташування, спокійна околиця, багато зелені, неймовірно привітний персонал, близько до виходу на пляж (якщо будете на камінцях - буде безкоштовно). Сніданки на терасі - якись інший вимір душевного спокою і релаксу. Сніданок у формі буфету, кожен зможе щось для себе знайти, є кілька позицій на вибір. Сама вілла - будинок з оригінальними елементами на фасаді і історією.

Cons:

Якщо говорити про морський і пляжний відпочинок, то не вистачало сушки для мокрих речей і рушників після пляжу. Також немає стандартних розеток, не беріть з собою праски (у готелі є послуга за додаткову оплату) :)

Sehr netter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das gesamte Erlebnis und die Atmosphäre des Hotels waren elegant, romantisch und voller traditionellem Charme. Jedes Zimmer hatte seinen eigenen Charakter und war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Reinigungspersonal war stets höflich, und wir haben es geschätzt, jeden Tag frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Die Rezeptionistinnen und Rezeptionisten waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders bei Restaurantempfehlungen.
Wir können dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, wenn man einen komfortablen und authentischen Aufenthalt sucht.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist vielleicht etwas höher angesetzt.

Tout était parfait, l’emplacement (au calme, à 2 pas de la plage et 10mn à pied du vaporetto menant à Venise), le confort, l’ambiance, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, Nour reviendrons dès l’année prochaine. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour !
