Sehr schöne River Suite Anlage.
Empfang, Reinigungsdamen, Kellner sehr sehr freundlich ( ich glaube Pascalle und Irenne...waren immer sehr gut drauf egal wie stressig war )
Anlage, Essen sehr gut, Bar, Strand einmalig. SPA ....Danke.

Cons:

1. Überfühter Speiseraum außer zur Mittagszeit. Sehr eng, sehr laut... sehr viele kleine lauter weinende Kinder!!!! Es st ein großer Minuspunk für uns aber auch für andere Gäste. Vielleicht kann man die Einteilung ändern...es gibt 2 Speisesäle.
2. Bei uns in der River Suite 841 hat sehr sehr stark nur abends und nachts nach Kabal (Fäkalien) gerochen.
Das sollte gelöst werden. Wir waren nicht die ersten Gäste die diesen Mangel festgestellt haben ( lt Rezeptionsdame)

Pros:

Obwohl der Meerblick nur mit "Seitenblick" angegeben war, so hatten wir ein tolles Zimmer mit fantastischer Meersicht, vor allem vom Balkon aus.

Cons:

Nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und absolut in Ordnung, auch mit sehr gutem Service. Dennoch fällt es im Vergleich zum restlichen Standard des Hotels etwas ab.

Es war ein sehr erholsamer, komfortabler Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Frühstück und Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen, der Strand weniger aufgrund der Lage direkt neben der Hafeneinfahrt.

A part,a medence,az étterem színvonala tetszett!A személyzet nagyon kedves volt!

Cons:

Rossz idő esetén a hotelben nagyon kevés lehetőség áll rendelkezésre ,amivel leköthetné a vendég magát. Javaslat: biliárdasztal,csocsó,darts...stb. A közel egy hetes tartózkodásunk alatt egy zenés est volt .A bár,terasz tömve volt,rengeteg volt a fogyasztás Több ilyen est rendezését is javasolnánk( biztosan megérné)!

Zatím jsme byli vždy spokojeni a chceme se na toto místo vracet.
Pros:

Lokalita hotelu je výborná, pláž oddělená od ostatních hotelů, takže klienti můžou mít svoje soukromí, možnost využít pláž, bazén nebo travnatý prostor pod borovicemi. Snídaně velmi dobrá, velká nabídka jak sladkého, tak pečiva a ostatního bufetu. Problémové parkování bylo též dobře vyřešeno a každý rok tam jsou nové úpravy, hotel neustále vylepšuje prostor a okolí hotelu pro klienty a jejich pohodlí během pobytu.

Cons:

Do hotelu jezdíme cca 10 let, rádi využíváme jejich služeb a líbí se nám tam. Vždy bylo příjemné, že už při příjezdu jste si mohl na celý pobyt zarezervovat slunečník s lehátky na pláži. Letos bohužel to šlo až od července. Čili docházelo k tomu nešvaru, že klienti si brzy ráno chodili na pláž dát ručníky na lehátka. Trochu krok zpátky, když na spoustě jiných pláží proti tomu brojí a toto nedovolují. Dále nás trochu překvapil rozdíl při nabídce jídla při snídaních a předkrmech při večeřích. Kdo chodí pouze na snídaně a večeře, tak má menší výběr než ty, co chodí i na obědy. Skoro každý rok píšeme do požadavků prosbu, že bychom rádi měli výhled na historické město Caorle a na moře. Bohužel jsme starší a moc nepohybliví, tak vítáme posezení na balkoně a hezký výhled z něj. Letos bohužel i přes prosbu jsme měli výhled na nově postavenou budovu a střechu jídelny.
