Wonderful staff, great location, very comfortable room.
Pros:

Wonderful staff, great location, comfortable room. Really enjoyed our stay at hotel indigo. The staff upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise! The room was beautiful and aircon worked great. Location was fantastic, only 10minutes from the arena. Would definitely stay again!

Central location and great staff
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel just 5 minutes from the main piazza in Verona. The staff were very friendly and the service was great. We had a lovely room with plenty of space and the main hotel facilities were very good. We had to park in the side street but the hotel gave us a ticket to use so we didn't have to pay to park. The hotel team were very informative regarding excursions and ticket sales.

Cons:

It was hard to fault the hotel

Konum açısından müthiş bir hotel. Arena di Verona’ya sadece yürüyerek 10 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Verona merkezdeki en uzak turistik yere bile yürüyerek 20 dk. Hotel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Kahvaltı müthişti. Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Perfectly located, stylish and friendly hotel.
Pros:

The location was perfect not far from the arena. The building itself was lovely and the bar welcoming with excellent staff. When we first arrived we were given a fantastic welcome and assistance by the hotel reception staff and were able to access our room early. Breakfast also excellent.

Cons:

Nothing really, looking forward to going back there sometime.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff and great air conditioning
Pros:

This is a fantastic hotel- the decor throughout is stylish and good quality. You feel very safe and secure in this hotel. The air conditioning is great and the entire hotel is very clean. The staff are wonderful and so welcoming. We had room service and the food was delicious. We loved sitting in the hotel bar every night as it was so relaxing and the bartender was brilliant. Great location and really easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. We will definitely be booking to stay here again when we return to Verona.

Cons:

Only small improvement would be the shower. We found the shower was tiny and the handles on the shower door were quite sharp if you caught your skin on them.
