Cozy hotel and room. Within walking distance from the Verona Porta Nuova train station. Very friendly and helpful staff (reception & breakfast). At breakfast, they recognized me and prepared what I was asking for in advance.

Cons:

The room controls are fully electronic but sometimes they were a bit glitchy (e.g. AC wasn't turning off from the first try). During the first night, there was a hot-water issue in the shower. However, it was fixed on the same day when I reported it.

Gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia en Verona un buen recuerdo.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y trato del personal de recepción. Muy limpio y buena calidad de colchón y sábanas, decoración agradable.

Cons:

El mobiliario de la habitación en cuanto a sillas o sillón escaso.
El espacio del bar y las opciones de desayuno si no quieres buffet necesitan mejora.
Si no fuera por esto, sería un 10.

Bom atendimento e localização excelente em Verona
Pros:

Ótima localização, próximo à muralha e 500 metros da Piazza Centrale. O atendimento do frontdesk é excelente, assim como o café da manhã, um dos pontos altos do hotel. Foi uma escolha muito acertada, com custo benefício bom, proximidade ao centro histórico de Verona. Há 50 m do hotel há uma pizzaria frequentada tipicamente por locais, excelente, Pizzeria Leon Dóro. Ótima escolha para famílias.

Não houve qq ponto negativo.
