Pros:

Fijne kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Personeel heel vriendelijk 😊

Cons:

De regendouche werkt niet maar de gewone douche was ok. Geen lades of schabben in de kamer. Kleren kan je enkel hangen dus. Dat was onpraktisch. Ook in de badkamer niks om je toiletspullen op te zetten. Dat begrijp ik niet goed en is niet handig.

Great value hotel
Pros:

Great value hotel in a location just outside the city walls and within reasonable walking distance of Piazza Bra and Piazza delle Erbe. Room was clean and well-presented. We were at the rear and had a small balcony with a view over neighbouring streets. There was no noise from outside, although some noise from neighbouring rooms could occasionally be heard due to the relatively thin walls. There was always someone on the reception desk in case of any issues.

Excellent Stay
Pros:

The check-in was very smooth. The room was big, fresh, clean and had a wonderful view from balcony. Our room had also two windows with view. The bathroom was good. Upon becoming a member of Best Western, the water in the minibar became complementary. Overall, there was no noise, there was also elevator in the building, umbrellas were available in the hall.

Soggiorno molto positivo: ottima posizione, pulizia, staff gentile e bella spa.
Pros:

Hotel in posizione eccellente, comodissimo per visitare Verona a piedi. Struttura molto pulita, staff davvero gentile e disponibile. Molto bella anche la spa, che è stata un plus importante del soggiorno.

Cons:

Solo qualche dettaglio migliorabile: bagno un po’ piccolo e con pochi punti di appoggio, insonorizzazione non perfetta con la stanza accanto. La colazione era buona, anche se avrei preferito una qualità leggermente più alta.

Hotel bonito pero un poco bullicioso.
Pros:

Excelente habitación. Muy cómoda. Cerca del área del casco central de Verona.

Cons:

Llegamos en Abril y ya no hacía tanto frío y no pudimos colocar el aire acondicionado porque no nos permitieron. Tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta y la calle era muy bulliciosa.

Mässig freundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Frühstück nicht wie auf den Bildern. Nicht lecker. Auswahl gering. Preis-Leistung unterirdisch! Zustellbett ebenfalls unterirdisch. Komischer Geruch bei der Reception und in den Zimmern.
