Great Location, Great Staff
Pros:

My wife and I stayed three nights at this Bestwestern de Capuleti. We reached out beforehand for information to get from the train station to the hotel. Sara, the front desk clerk responded quickly with awesome, easy to follow directions ( bus 11, 12, or 13 in front of the train station, usually platform B 1 and go one stop past Piazza Bra). We found the hotel in no time and found a cart with pastries, juice, and water for customers to enjoy every afternoon. Sara efficiently checked us in and gave us more information about getting around the town, the bus routes, and what sights to see. The location of the hotel is on a quiet street 12 minute walk to the Arena area. Our room was a bit cramped, but the bathroom was good size.There was also ample closet space. We also had a nice patio; however, we couldn’t use it much due to the heat.
The breakfast was awesome. The staff were friendly and kept the hot and cold choices well stocked. It was included due to our Diamond Select status. It was a great way to start each day. I believe it costs 12 Euros pp if it’s not in your room rate.
We were prepared to take the bus to the train station and then on to the airport. Unfortunately, it was pouring down rain. We were looking at taking an Uber. It was quoting 60 Euros at the time due to high demand. Fortunately, Sara came to the rescue again, calling us a taxi which only cost 27.10 Euros. The taxi arrive in two minutes and whisked us comfortably out to the airport. All in all, we would come back to this hotel. The quiet, convenient location; the staff (especially Sara);the cleanliness of the rooms; and the breakfast make this a definite “return to” place.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor Verona!
Pros:

Prima lokatie, net buiten het stadscentrum, maar je loopt in 15 minuten naar de Arena. Heerlijk ontbijt en mooie, lichte kamers, goede badkamer, bedden wel een beetje hard.

Cons:

Niets bijzonders, heel tevreden.

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig.
Gute Klimaanlage.

Cons:

In der 1. Etage ist der Trittschall der darüber liegenden Zimmer durch die Holzdecken störend.

Location and staff member able to speak 5 languages - she was super helpful

Cons:

Air con didn’t work that well. Would go below 22.5c which was a bit poor and made for a slightly uncomfortable nights sleep

Fijne kamer en heerlijk ontbijt. Personeel heel vriendelijk 😊

Cons:

De regendouche werkt niet maar de gewone douche was ok. Geen lades of schabben in de kamer. Kleren kan je enkel hangen dus. Dat was onpraktisch. Ook in de badkamer niks om je toiletspullen op te zetten. Dat begrijp ik niet goed en is niet handig.
