Pros:

Funcionários super simpáticos, o hotel era perto de tudo, na esquina já ficava o coliseu, literalmente tudo perto, fizemos tudo a pé, o quarto era ótimo, super confortável e limpo, o café da manhã nem se fala, excelente!! Quando formos a Verona novamente, com certeza irei me hospedar nesse hotel de novo!!

Most beautiful and best hotel in Verona
Pros:

Perfect location and friendly faces .Staff very polite, attentive and facilities are excellent .Room was lovely and comfortable and very clean .Hotel has fantastic reviews and an excellent reputation which is well deserved.The hotel staff made us feel very welcome and we would definitely stay there again .

Cons:

The only criticism I could make is I wish there had been a few more watchable TV channels in English or a smart TV so I could connect my phone to but it's certainly not a deal breaker .

Lovely clean hotel in fantastic location
Pros:

Great location perfectly clean and staff went over and above to help would definitely return

Cons:

Paper cups for the tea and coffee in the room are not good and the warm breakfast selection wasn’t great either.

Очень чисто, практически новый отель. Прекрасное расположение в самом центре Вероны, наличие своего паркинга. Отличные завтраки, очень доброжелательный персонал

Cons:

Хотелось бы чуть лучше звукоизоляцию между номерами, но это не было сильно критично

Great staff. Great stay.
Pros:

Great reception and breakfast-room staff. Room 108 was quiet. Away from the street and the lift as I had requested when booking. Great quiet AC. Excellent WiFi. A fridge and a safe.
Everywhere spotlessly clean.
Great breakfast.
Great location. You can see the arena when you come out the front door of the hotel.

Cons:

Not a thing. We will definitely be back.
