Die Lage , das überaus freundliche zuvorkommende Personal,das Frühstücksbüffet, das Zimmer alles Top. Nicht umsonst war ich schon das dritte mal in diesem Hotel zu Gast und wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Unbeatable location and accommodation
Pros:

Amazing location next to the Arena! We stayed in the Giulietta room as a family of five and it exceeded our expectations. Two separate (high powered) air conditioners (it was in the 90s! in the two bedroom suite, big comfortable beds (and a comfy convertible couch for our younger child). Great storage and layout, modern bathroom. Charming decor nodding to the romantic tale. We basically had our own apartment with assistance refreshing the room daily. We could have opted in for the continental breakfast, but there were just so many places to grab food that we preferred exploring. One room had two European windows, the other has doors to a tiny balcony. The side street it is on is quiet and beautiful, right off the busy piazza one way and the main shopping street the other. There are two restaurants on the street that are lovely in the evening but never too noisy or disturbing. This was by far our favorite accommodation on our two week trip. We stayed five nights and it was a dream!
