Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Service, perfekter Lage und einer sehr herzlichen Atmosphäre.

Das Personal war von Anfang an sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schon vor unserer Anreise wurden unsere Anfragen schnell und professionell beantwortet, was direkt einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Während des gesamten Aufenthalts war das Team stets aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer da, wenn man Unterstützung brauchte.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch die perfekte Lage des Hotels. Alles ist schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.

Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Man merkt, dass hier grosser Wert auf guten Service und Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Pros:

Perfect location to see Verona. The hotel is lovely and very comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly, they suggested some restaurants for us to visit and it was one of the highlights of our stay. I'd recommend staying here when visiting Verona!

Cons:

Only suggestions - some fresh orange juice and sliced fruit for breakfast would be nice. Also some water in the room would be a nice touch
