Noche en Verona.
Pros:

El hotel y la habitación bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El personal del hotel muy amable. El desayuno venía incluido en el precio y era bueno. Un chico de recepción por la noche nos ayudó con un problema.

Cons:

La ubicación. Para llegar al centro rondan los 20-30 minutos andando.

Das Hotel hat durchaus positive Seiten, aber die laute Klimaanlage, der fehlende komfortable Wartebereich und insbesonde

✓ Sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer
✓ Gute Lage
✓ Insgesamt gutes Frühstück
✓ Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

✓ Sehr laute Klimaanlage, die Tag und Nacht lief und sich kaum regulieren ließ
✓ Nachts wurde es dadurch im Zimmer sehr kalt
✓ Ein Mitarbeiter im Nachtdienst war ausgesprochen unfreundlich und wenig kundenorientiert
✓ Kein richtiger Wartebereich an der Rezeption für ankommende Gäste mit Gepäck
✓ Die angebotenen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren für uns keine praktische Alternative
