I really enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay again for a longer holiday.
Pros:

The breakfast was great, the room was very clean and comfortable and staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool was great clean and never too crowded. It felt very calm, quiet and relaxing at the hotel.

Cons:

The room we had was great but the beds were very hard and I found then quite uncomfortable. The noise early in the morning from a neighbouring business or possibly the kitchen at around 6.30am was intrusive and it did disturb my sleep. We were in one of the older rooms. Rm261. I've rated the hotel 5 star as the services, facilities and location were wonderful. It's just a shame about the noise and the beds. It would have been nice to see some gluten free bread /pastry alternatives for breakfast. Also some lactose free yogurts.

Door de kamer upgraden kregen een fantastische ruime junior suite.
Aan comfort geen gebrek.

Cons:

Klein minpuntje, bij het diner worden verschillende gangen (te) snel achter elkaar opgediend.

Sehr gute Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Für italienische Verhältnisse ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Preis- und Leistungsverzeichnis.

Pros:

Ideal Lage, sehr nah zur Stadt und zum See.
Das Hotel war sehr schön sauber ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz befindet sich gleich neben dem Hotel, also direkt auf dem Grundstück. Die E - Autos können kostenfrei geladen werden. Unsere Zimmergrösse war ausreichend, aber leider waren die Matratzen etwas hart. An der Poolanlage gab es nichts zu meckern, modern, sauber und gepflegt.
Beim Frühstück war alles ausreichend vorhanden und wurde gut nachgelegt.
Die Halbpension kann ich nur empfehlen, täglich ein drei Gänge Menü mit Salatbuffet.
Preis Leistung passt.
Wir kommen wieder.

Cons:

Die Auslegware im dritten Stock sollte erneut werden, dort sind unschöne Flecken sichtbar.

Pros:

Our initial room was very small, but the staff went out of their way to find us a room with more space, including giving us a junior suite for one the night. The hotel was full, but they managed to juggle us around. The fault was ours. We should have checked the details, but the team refused to let us pay anymore, which we would gladly have done.
