Accoglienza e reception la signora Giulia è stata davvero gentile e molto preparata per soddisfare ogni richiesta personale

Nulla tutto quanto descritto corrispondeva alla realtà. Ottima struttura vicino alla. Funivia del. Monte Baldo

Frühstück völlig in Ordnung in schönem Ambiente , Lage des Hotels perfekt zur Altstadt , Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk sehr angenehm - sehr gute Aussicht auf Burg & Altstadt .

Cons:

Der Motorantrieb der Lichtkuppel zur Badentlüftung funktionierte anfangs überhaupt nicht , nach dem ( schnellen ) Besuch eines Servicetechnikers der Firma Velux wurde das Fenster von der Steuerung zwar erkannt , aber leider immer noch nicht geöffnet .

Les infrastructures de l'hôtel et le plus indéniable de la piscine récemment installée. Le jardinier des lieux fait un travail remarquable, c'est un véritable bonheur de prendre le petit dejeuner dans cet écrin de verdure. Les dames qui s occupent du petit dejeuner justement, elles sont au petit soin, le choix est varié que vous soyez salé ou sucré, tout est bon. La chambre était spacieuse, propre, bien équipée, la salle de bain fonctionnel. Nous avions un petit balcon qui donnait sur le lac et sur la ville... quelle vue incroyable !! Je garde le meilleur pour la fin avec Giulia, à l accueil, tellement serviable et souriante, on se souviendra très longtemps des petits cocktails en bord de piscine soigneusement préparés par Giulia, avec les quelques petits mots de français pour ponctuer le service. J'étais déjà amoureux du Lac, je suis maintenant sous le charme de cet hôtel, à coup sûr j y reviens et vite ...

Cons:

La proximité du centre ville de Malcesine est un atout mais également un inconvénient par rapport au bruit que peut générer la route à côté de l'hôtel. La baie vitrée fermée aucun bruit mais si on aime vivre la fenêtre ouverte la nuit, c est plus compliqué.

Awful dark smelly hotel! For the views they advertise they lack cleanliness, service and common decency. I came here for the view and they gave me a room facing a wall of another building when I asked to be moved to another room they told me I had to leave. It was getting dark and I'm a female traveling alone. I asked to speak with the owner and after the employee was finally convinced to put her on the phone she yelled at me to get out. They had no compassion for how scared I was. I even asked them to at least reach out to booking and cancel the reservation, they refused. I have never experienced something like this in my life! There are so many beautiful views of the city, their so called view is not worth it.

Fijne ligging, vriendelijk personeel, schone kamers.

Cons:

In de boeking stond dat er een bad bij de kamer zou zijn, echter was die niet aanwezig.
Het bed was ook niet 1 groot tweepersoonsbed maar 2 enkele bedden.

Guter , angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge.
Pros:

Vom Zimmer selber, dass als "superior" angepriesen wird, hat mich ehrlich gesagt etwas enttäuscht. Ich hätte vlt. noch eine Blumenvase o.ä. erwartet. Die Grösse und Ausstattung war aber gut. Schöner Balkon. Gute Aussicht. Die Strasse tagsüber etwas lärmig. Die Betten waren Bequem. Das Frühstück recht reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Vorhänge waren schon etwas ramponiert und das Wasser im Waschbecken lief, wie fas in jedem Hotel, nicht wirklich gut ab. Sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern.

Schöne Lage, sehr einfache Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage ist prima und der Blick aus den Zimmern mit Seeblick sehr schön. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Trotz gehobener Preiskategorie kleines, sehr minimalistisch eingerichtetes Zimmer mit Plastikstühlen und sehr einfachen Möbeln, die ein bisschen das "Flair" einer Jugendherberge haben.. Ausgesprochen harte Matratze (geschätzt mindestens H3), die allerdings auf Wunsch mit Topper verbessert wurde. Sehr enge Mini Dusche in winzigem einfachem Bad.. Der relativ hohe Zimmerpreis rechtfertigt sich wohl nur durch die tatsächlich schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf Altstadt und See . Frühstück akzeptabel, aber auch nichts besonderes.
