Pros:

The hotel was superbly positioned a few minutes walk from the edge of the main old town, so quiet location by convenient. Facilities and staff were excellent and extremely helpful with great self service breakfast each morning. We paid extra for room with lake view balcony which was well worth it for stunning views each day. The recently added pool makes the hotel even more attractive .Would definitely come again.

There is nothing we can fault.

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, es wurde alles sehr sauber gehalten, der Garten und Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Man konnte auf der Terrasse und im Garten frühstücken , sehr angenehm, da sich der Frühstücksbereich morgens im Schatten befand. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Panoramablick, was ich unbedingt empfehlen kann. Es lohnt sich. Die Lage ist top, ca. 200 Meter bis zur Altstadt. Der Ort ist auch sehr zu empfehlen, viele kleine Restaurants, schöne Gassen, wir haben es geliebt. Wir würden das Hotel nochmals buchen.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Beanstandungen, maximal, dass im Bad etwas mehr Abstellfläche sein könnte.

Excellent. Good variety of things on offer. Even Rolade for breakfast. Not something we would normally have at that time of the day but very good nevertheless.

A perfect stay in beautiful Malcesine!!!
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the Eco Ariston Hotel in charming Malcesine. This hotel perfectly fit our needs. Staff, location, facilities, all as expected were fabulous!
Will stay here again with no hesitation at all!

It was a perfect stay. Lovely clean hotel. Great breakfast and the staff were amazing.
Pros:

The hotel was immaculate. The rooms were great with a view of the lake. Pool was clean and heated to 30 degrees. The staff were friendly. Location fantastic.

Toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Wir sind jedes Jahr in Malcesine und waren nun zum ersten Mal im Ariston und das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön, tolle Lage, super sauber, sehr freundliches Personal und das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt, unser Zimmer war klein, aber fein und wie gesagt überall alles blitzesauber. Da wir am Abreisetag schon vor dem Frühstück abgefahren sind, wurde uns sogar ein Lunchpaket mitgegeben.

Nettes Hotel

Die Außenanlage des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und auch die Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren praktisch.
Personal nett.
Das frühstück würden wir mit einer 4 bewerten.

Cons:

Leider war das Hotel jedoch extrem hellhörig. Spätestens ab etwa 6 Uhr morgens war an Schlaf kaum noch zu denken. Man hörte Hundebellen, Gespräche des Personals und zahlreiche andere Geräusche. Besonders störend war, dass direkt neben unserem Zimmer auf beiden Seiten Abflussleitungen verliefen. Dadurch waren Toilettenspülungen und die Geräusche aus den Rohren deutlich zu hören. Insgesamt waren die Nächte sehr anstrengend, da man praktisch jedes Wort und jede Bewegung im Umfeld mitbekam. Für Gäste, die Wert auf Ruhe und erholsamen Schlaf legen, ist das leider nicht ideal.

Awful dark smelly hotel! For the views they advertise they lack cleanliness, service and common decency. I came here for the view and they gave me a room facing a wall of another building when I asked to be moved to another room they told me I had to leave. It was getting dark and I'm a female traveling alone. I asked to speak with the owner and after the employee was finally convinced to put her on the phone she yelled at me to get out. They had no compassion for how scared I was. I even asked them to at least reach out to booking and cancel the reservation, they refused. I have never experienced something like this in my life! There are so many beautiful views of the city, their so called view is not worth it.

Auf jeden Fall ein guter Tipp für einen Aufenthalt in Malcesine
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig, es ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch sehr schön ist, dass man das Frühstück im Garten / am Pool einnehmen kann.
Wirklich sehr gut ist die Lage. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist direkt im Zentrum.
Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir an 2 Tagen Probleme mit dem Warmwasser

Pros:

Świtny hotel, super lokalizacja, do centrum Malcesina 3 minutu pieszo, do kolejki na Monte Baldo 1 minuta, nowy basen w pieknie urządzonym ogrodzie, bardzo dobre sniadania, pokoje przestronne, bardzo czyste, widok z balkony zapiera dech w piersiach.

Frühstück völlig in Ordnung in schönem Ambiente , Lage des Hotels perfekt zur Altstadt , Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk sehr angenehm - sehr gute Aussicht auf Burg & Altstadt .

Cons:

Der Motorantrieb der Lichtkuppel zur Badentlüftung funktionierte anfangs überhaupt nicht , nach dem ( schnellen ) Besuch eines Servicetechnikers der Firma Velux wurde das Fenster von der Steuerung zwar erkannt , aber leider immer noch nicht geöffnet .
