Gute Übernachtung.
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Sonderangebot, kurzfristig gebucht weil auf der Durchreise.
2 Zimmer zum Preis von einem. Die Zimmer waren technisch gesehen auffällig gut ausgestattet. Leider hat das Jacuzzi-Element meiner Dusche nicht funktioniert aber halb so schlimm.

Die Empfangsdame in der Rezeption war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und informativ.

Zuletzt: Frühstück reichhaltig & Parkplätze ohne Ende.

Sehr enttäuschend
Pros:

Das große Pool hätte uns gefallen, wenn es denn geöffnet worden wäre. Das Pool war der Grund, warum wir dieses Hotel ausgewählt hatten. Zwar steht bei Booking, dass es im Mai nur abhängig vom Wetter geöffnet wird. Da es aber bereits seit über einer Woche Temperaturen um die 30 Grad in der Gegend hatte, ist es völlig unverständlich, warum das Pool noch geschlossen war.
Die Hotelmanagerin war nicht sehr entgegenkommend. Ein Preisnachlass wurde abgelehnt. Man könne stattdessen die Sauna nutzen (wohlgemerkt bei 30 Grad Außentemperatur!) oder die Liegewiese ohne Pool.
Außerdem habe man über Booking gebucht und nicht direkt beim Hotel.
Das Gespräch wurde dann von der Hotelmanagerin ohne zufriedenstellende Lösung abgebrochen.

Wir haben uns hier nicht als Gast gefühlt.
Insgesamt ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Föhn wirkt wie aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und sollte dringend getauscht werden. Es kommt kaum Luft raus.
Das Frühstück war nicht sehr ansprechend.
Auch der Kaffee für italienische Verhältnisse enttäuschend.
Insgesamt kein gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Delusa dal soggiorno, non è come sembra sul sito!

Cons:

Mi contattarono per prenotare l’ora della spa, ma poi arriviamo e la troviamo super affollata, alla fine non l’abbiamo più fatta, siamo andati via subito.
Poi se sul prezzo c’è scritto “tasse e spese incluse” dovrebbe essere quello, non che poi al pagamento mi dite che c’è da pagare la tassa di soggiorno, e mi dite anche che l’esonero dipende dalla residenza se poi non me la chiedete, visto che sul mio documento ho l’indirizzo vecchio.
