Ich habe, wegen einer Fahrzeugpanne, das Hotel nochmal kurzfristig gebucht. Obwohl ich schon gegen 13 Uhr im Hotel ankam konnte ich sofort einchecken und die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich unaufgefordert darum gekümmert, dass ich gleich ein freies Zimmer bekommen habe.
Das Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, einzig der Platz an der Toilette im Bad war etwas klein.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker und vielfältig. Es gab z.B. auch frisches Obst.

Elegimos este hotel para descansar durante un torneo deportivo en el que participaba mi esposo. Lamentablemente, fue imposible hacerlo porque el hotel apagaba el aire acondicionado todos los días de 8:00 a 14:00, justamente durante las horas de más calor. La temperatura en la habitación era insoportable. Hablamos con el personal y nos confirmaron que esa era la política del hotel, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución. Esta restricción no estaba claramente informada al momento de reservar. Considero que ofrecer una habitación sin aire acondicionado durante gran parte del día, en pleno verano, significa que el servicio por el que pagamos no se prestó de manera adecuada. Por ese motivo, creo que corresponde un reembolso parcial y que Booking debería revisar este tipo de situaciones para proteger a los huéspedes.”

Lage direkt vor der alten Stadtmauer. Parkplatz in der eigenen Tiefgarage (Kostenpflichtig, auch für Motorräder).

Terrible should have made breakfast better that would of been easy

The hotel is old yes but not in a good way needed a fresh paint and just generally tidying up no plug socket unless you unplugged fridge tv or kettle .
