It was a good stay, few steps to the town center, would stay here again
Pros:

As per title, is not located in historic center but just 800 meters/10 minutes walk which is not bad. Is a medium-big size hotel with large public areas, a business hotel. Has it own parking places, making it very easy for those who bring own transport because is not easy to park in historic town. We had a nice room with back views, very spacious; public areas were also very clean, even though they are not brand new. The breakfast was the average type like any other mid size business hotel with the healthy table (yogurt, cereals, nuts) with other sweets, biscuits, baked goods (croissants, slices of bread variety); savoury choices were available scrambled and boiled eggs, salami and cheese cuts and chunks of Grana (Parmesan type cheese), not bad. The reception service was very welcoming and courteous.

Overall 3+ star hotel
Pros:

Very clean, spacious room. I only missed showercap and mini's etc.
But very good breskfast, incl. croissants,yoghurt/,nuts/cake, fresh fruit cheese etc etc.
The hotel is a bit oldfashionef but good.
Also a very iny elevator.
Its approx 10 mjn wzlk from old citycenter. Location is very good!

Mind the parking spots
Pros:

Have stayed in many 4 and 5 star Hotels in big crowded cities like Munich, Basel, Paris, Dijon, Frankfurt am Main, Athens, Milano, Stockholm to name a few with similar parking outlay like yours. However the other hotels had the courtesy to offer their basement parking for free when the ground one is full. Both during arrival and later in the evening had to wait for 3-5mins for someone to drive off in order to park to one of your designated ground parking spots. You should be charging the basement garage parking when you know that your ground parking area is full and offer as an ex-gratia on free courtesy the indoor parking....I told my wife though the suite was comfortable I am never ever booking again at your hotel.

Val Sugana mit dem Rad
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit weg von der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet außergewöhnlich. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in der Tiefgarage abstellen.

Cons:

Das Doppelzimmer war groß, trotzdem gab es nur einen Stuhl.
