Ottimo soggiorno, ambiente molto accogliente, camera con posizione ottima in pieno centro.

Camera, vista, posizione e staff gentilissimo!!!! Un particolare ringraziamento al ragazzo che si occupa della portineria notturna, gentilissimo, senza però togliere nulla alla professionalità del resto dello staff

Localizaçao central, perto do elevador 5 Lagui, café da manha maravilhoso, staff muito bom, limpeza otima, jantar bom mas senti falta de mais comida italiana como conhecemos (lasagna, pasta, risotto etc)

Pra quem quer economizar, há formas bem mais economicas de ir para madonna, mas o hotel tem bom custo beneficio

Excellent Christmas Ski Stay – We’re Going Back!
Pros:

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week-long ski holiday over Christmas at the Savoia Palace Hotel in Madonna di Campiglio, travelling with Crystal Ski, and we couldn’t be happier with our stay.

While the hotel is slightly dated in places, it is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. What truly makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff – they are absolutely outstanding. Friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, they made us feel welcome from start to finish.

We stayed on a half-board basis. Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection including hot options and eggs cooked to order. Dinner was a five-course affair each evening, and the quality of the food was very high. Although a few dishes weren’t quite to our personal taste, the overall standard was impressive, and the dessert buffet was incredible – a real highlight!

Our room was huge, with a sofa and lounge chair, giving us plenty of space to relax after skiing. Housekeeping was faultless: the room was kept spotless throughout the week, and the evening turndown service while we were at dinner was a lovely touch.

For skiing, the location is very convenient. The ski lift is just a few minutes’ walk behind the hotel, and there’s a relatively easy ski back in the afternoon, which is always a bonus.

Madonna di Campiglio itself is a beautiful town, and the ski area is superb, with something for all abilities.

Overall, a wonderful hotel in a fantastic resort – so much so that we’ve already booked to return to the Savoia Palace Hotel next year. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Posizione super centrale, abbiamo optato per la mezza pensione e devo dire ottima colazione e cena, SPA piccola ma ben curata in ogni dettaglio, sempre pulita e attrezzata, ma il vero asso nella manica della struttura è lo staff, una professionalità davvero eccellente, cortesi, simpatici e disponibili.

Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel, perfetta in pieno centro. La struttura nel complesso è accogliente e pulita. Colazione ricca e ben organizzata. Personale di sala gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Dolci a cena molto buoni e con ampia scelta.

Cons:

La cena non è stata all’altezza di un 4 stelle: buffet degli antipasti spesso con vassoi vuoti e primi/secondi piuttosto scadenti. Il personale della reception poco preparato: ci siamo trovati a dover pagare 100€ per un servizio presentato come gratuito (navetta bus) che includeva anche la seggiovia, senza essere stati avvisati e senza possibilità di rimborso nonostante le prove di pagamento. Manca chiarezza e professionalità in questo aspetto.
