1. die Bettdecke war nur mit einem Laken unten bezogen (unhygienisch)
2. das Zimmer was nicht gesaugt, überall Hunde Haare
3. das Zimmer hat total nach Hund gestunken!! War nicht auszuhalten

Pros:

Snídaně výborná, velký výběr, dobrá káva, možnost snídat i u bazénu venku, voda v bazéně příjemná, lehátka okolo volná a velmi pohodlná, v hotelu výtah, velký balkon, výkonná klimatizace, bidet, parkování u hotelu nebo na blízkém parkovišti s posuvnou bránou na heslo. Dostupnost do centra 15min chůze, blízko obchodní centrum a příjemné restaurace. Velmi příjemný a usměvavý personál.

We hebben volop genoten van ons verblijf in het hotel.
Pros:

We hadden een mooie kamer. Het ontbijt is uitstekend . Het hotel ligt aan de rand van Riva en tussen allerlei andere hotels. Het meer is 5 minuten lopen. Het centrum wel 15 minuten. Toch is er vlakbij genoeg vertier. Er zijn gratis fietsen beschikbaar.

Cons:

Er zijn te weinig parkeerplekken bij het hotel. Verderop kun je ook parkeren.

Ein gutes Hotel, gute Preis-Leistung, super Frühstück, Nähe zum See.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles was man mag... Jeder konnte sich was finden von deftig bis süß.
Die Auflagen auf den Liegen am Pool waren sehr bequem.

Genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze vorhanden, top👍.

Ein kleines Übel war die Dusche, die ein bisschen eng war.
