Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do centrum miasta 10-15 minut deptakiem nad samym jeziorem. Hotel czysty, sprzątany codzienne, pani dokłada również wodę do lodówki. Mieliśmy wykupiony pobyt ze śniadaniem, śniadania smaczne, ale jeśli szukacie po kilkanaście rodzajów szynek, serów i warzyw, sałatek - to nie tu. Kilka rodzajów słodkosci do kawy, codzienne inne. Myśmy się najadali do syta. Fantastyczny widok z tarasu śniadaniowego. Basen po drugiej stronie ulicy, czysty, zadbany, znajduje się tam mini bar z napojami chłodzonymi. Na basenie znajduje się wystarczająca ilość leżaków. Jest też tam jacuzzi.
O ręczniki na basen można poprosić w recepcji. Parking bezpłatny na terenie hotelu. Klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju, działała bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Możliwość wykupienia dodatkowej kolacji w cenie 25 euro od osoby, serwowanej w restauracji na dole, w godzinach 19-20.30. Przy śniadaniu trzeba zdecydować co się chce zjeść na kolację, zaznaczyć wybraną opcję. Jeśli w międzyczasie zgłodniejesz, niestety hotel nie ma w karcie ani jednej przekąski, deseru, frytek, kanapek, czipsów. Liczyliśmy na coś słodkiego do kawy, jakieś drobne przekąski ,ale niestety czegoś takiego w karcie brak i trzeba to mieć na uwadze. Można zamówić jedynie napoje, w tym drinki i inne napoje alkoholowe, również z tarasu widokowego.
Widok z pokoju trzeciego piętra jest zdecydowanie najlepszy, widok z piętra niższego mogą być przesłonięte budynkiem po drugiej stronie ulicy.
Ulica koło budynku ruchliwa, głośna, na szczęście okna bardzo szczelne.
Szkoda,że właściciele nie pomyśleli o lepszym wykorzystaniu tarasu widokowego, bo wieczorem efekt jest spektakularny. Można by siedzieć godzinami, jeść i patrzeć.
Basen otwarty do 19, trochę za krótko, szczególnie w upalne dni, kiedy koło 19-20 chciałoby się pójść popływać. Na szczęście plaża 2 minuty od budynku.

Schöne Lage direkt am Hafen, Promenade und Liegewiese. Privatgarten mit Pool. Tolle Aussicht auf den See. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Genial.

L'hotel è situato in una bellissima zona, molto curato nei minimi dettagli.

Pros:

Wir waren mit den Fahrrädern unterwegs und konnten diese in der Garage einstellen. Frühstück with View im 4 Stock - sehr toll

Hotel modern, alles sehr sauber.
Zimmer sehr sauber.
Hotelrestaurant: sehr gute Qualität, Menü € 25,- die Weine sehr gut und günstig.
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ein sehr nettes familiengeführtes Hotel!

Im allgemeinen wirklich sehr schön und ein Top Hotel mit guter Lage für verschiedne Ziele .
Pros:

Sehr sauber und modern. Mega schöne Aussicht beim Frühstücken auf die Berge oder auf den See und Hafen. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab sogar jeden Tag neue Handtücher, obwohl wir das nicht gebraucht hätten. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, alles immer frisch und vielseitig, auch wenn man kurz vor ende kam war von allem noch was da, sogar auch Rührei, Speck, Eier gekocht.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng und begrenzt, wenn man abends zu spät dran ist kann es sein, dass keiner mehr frei ist oder die leute unverschämt parken.
Leider war die Kaffeemaschine beim frühstück nicht sehr gut - und das in Italien - Pulverkaffee und beim Cappuccino Pulver Milch von der Kaffeemaschine aus - geschmacklich auch nicht gut.
