I had a good stay with my mom. Definitely will go back.
Pros:

The location is good, it’s a five minute walk from the station. We checked in late and had to check out early despite that they accomodated us so well.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio interno, cordialità e disponibilità dello staff

Cons:

Parcheggio accessibile ma non molto grande e "a citofono" non raggiungibile dell'abitacolo... sarebbe carino inserire un sensore per aprirlo anche dall'interno in modo automatico

Pros:

Lo staff è gentilissimo e ha risposto a tutte le nostre richieste con il sorriso, la colazione è ottima, la posizione è comoda per la stazione e non lontana dal centro, le camere sono piacevoli e hanno il bollitore, forse un po' rigido il materasso, ma è questione di abitudine. Stanno aggiornando l'hotel a un gusto più contemporaneo e l'edificio è accogliente, per la stagione mi aspettavo di spendere forse qualcosa meno, ma il soggiorno è stato positivo e l'ingresso gratuito ai musei con trentino card compensa un po'.
