Struttura situata nel centro della città, con possibilità di parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotterraneo pubblico. Colazione ottima e personale qualificato e disponibile. consigliato sia per lavoro che turismo.

Genaugenommen haben wir ein Upgrade bekommen, weil es wohl eine kleine Überbuchung gab. Rührend um uns gekümmert. Nach gratis Wein dann das Upgrade bekommen. Ich komme wieder.

Leider zu kurz.
Pros:

Frühstück war OK, große Auswahl, gute Qualität, alles Bestens. Lage des ist PERFEKT! Zimmer entspricht den Fotos und war auch OK. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommen.

Kann nichts Beanstanden.

Hotel staff was excellent

Cons:

Cafe staff not so much. Asked for a different tea than was provided. Waiter never returned and avoided our attempt to get his attention. Had to ask waiter not assigned to us for another serving.
Restaurant is only an extension of the cafe. Only limited menu

Unreal beauty and excellent staff, lacking sufficient AC
Pros:

Unbeatable location in the heart of Bolzano and close to the train station. It is a gorgeous building inside and out and very clean and well kept. It felt like luxury, and the staff was amazing.

Cons:

As is the case in in many European hotels, the AC unit is weak and cannot keep the room very cool in the summer. I often woke at night sweating. The breakfast food lacks variety.

La mancanza del bidet, la spa chiusa e la pulizia discreta che per un 4 stelle non è proprio il massimo... mi aspettavo un piccolo sconto a fronte di quanto prenotato e non avuto... mi sono accontentato delle scuse. Sicuramente non tornerò in questa struttura.
