PERFECT
Pros:

Location is perfect, in the middle of everything and max 5 min walk from the train station. The hotel is very elegant and clean, and the staff was helpful. This might be the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I am already considering coming back to Bolzano and this hotel will definitely be my choice.
