Lage gut, Preis zu hoch.
Pros:

Die Lage mit Bushaltestelle und Gästekarte-Ticket war sehr günstig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine defekte Glühbirne wurde umgehend gewechselt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider den Preis von 18,- pro Person nicht wert. Dafür kann man mehr erwarten. Dadurch war der Preis für das Hotel nicht angemessen.

Sehr nettes, empfehlenswertes Hotel in Bozen-Gries, würde ich wieder buche!
Pros:

Zimmer klein, aber tadellos.Upgrade auf Balkonzimmer bekommen.
Inkludiert den Südtirol Guest Pass, so dass alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos genutzt werden können- dieser wurde uns auf Anfrage bereits am Morgen der Anreise via email zugesandt, so dass wir bereits kostenlos anreisen konnten. Dieses Ticket hat uns einiges an Kosten erspart- ebenso die wunderschöne Fahrt mit der Gondel auf den Ritten.
Es wurde auch sehr schnell auf E-Mail reagiert.
Lage in Gries charmant, zwei Busse vor der Tür oder zu Fuß in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Frühstück 18 € auch für meinen 8jährigen Sohn, der nur sehr wenig Frühstück braucht.

Die Lage ist gut mit der Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Es gibt Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Excellent little hotel in a charming area of Bolzano
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel. The staff were extremely friendly. I got upgraded from a single to a double room, which was much appreciated. Loved the location

Cons:

The only thing that I would have appreciated is a coffee maker or kettle in the room so that I would not have to leave for my morning coffee. However, there is a restaurant in the hotel and an excellent bakery across the street.

Es war sehr ruhig, alle sehr nett und super sauber.

Cons:

Die berühmte Flasche Wasser war leider nicht da, aber auf Nachfrage wurde uns ohne Probleme noch spät abends bei Anreise was gegeben.
