Pleasant bathroom.
Location - a bus stop, with connections to the town centre and station, is 2' walk away. And walking from the centre is not a massive effort neither.

Cons:

The rooms are in a separate building to the reception and restaurant - very close but it should be mentioned beforehand.
Lack of hotel-owned parking spaces.
