Das Hotel ist top, alles bestens von Personal bis Einrichtung aber der neue Pool ist mega klasse, groß, sauber und herrlich warmes Wasser 30 Grad. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Pulizia camera e ambienti ok. La colazione era abbondante e varia internazionale. Il menù della cena non dà opzioni valide con i clienti che Non in sono in 1/2 pensione. Inoltre il personale parla a fatica e male la lingua Italiana o Inglese; questa è una criticità perchè richieste diverse sono difficili da spiegare e recepire. Le mie richieste base sono state o fraintese o malgestite dal personale e il servizio di cena è risultati mediamente basso.

Vi havde desværre ikke et særlig godt ophold. Vi havde glædet os, men hotellet lever ikke op til 4 stjerner.
Først og fremmest var receptionisten der mødte os ved indtjekningen uvenlig og virkede sur.
Hotellet i sig selv er meget kringlet og mørkt og ikke på nogle måde hyggelig.
Dertil var sengen meget dårlig og hård.

Positivt er at beliggenheden er fantastisk i forhold til byen

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang durch den Nachtportier. Haupthaus gebucht und Dependance bekommen. Zustand der Einrichtung im Zimmer aus dem vorherigen Jahrhundert, teilweise kaputt und dreckig. Einzig das Frühstück war lecker.

Excellent facility, staff very accommodation and helpful. Central to old part of town. Easy access to bus services and shops.
Room too warm (July) air conditioning would not adjust below 19 deg

Härligt hotell med fina rum, finfin frukost och hjälpsam personal. Toppenläge nära stadens centrum

Nicely located in best part of the city with breathtaking mountains and river views and city views. Peaceful and quiet environment. Inside house is elegant high quality facilities and rooms standard. People here are extremely friendly. Restaurant are fantastic including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Go to bus center only 10 minutes walk and you can go anywhere you want and it’s free. I think it is the best hotel for vacation as I can imagine. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family in future.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Leider haben wir keine Informationen erhalten, wo sich die verschiedenen Räumlichkeiten befinden ( Sauna, Aussenpool, Innenpool, Fitnessraum, usw) Ein Lageplan im Hotelzimmer oder auf der Webseite wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen.

Struttura assolutamente consigliata! Hotel molto pulito, personale gentilissimo, servizi ottimi (piscina interna ed esterna, sauna, palestra, area giochi ecc.), posizione strategica a pochi passi dal centro storico. Riassumendo, ha tutti gli elementi che dovrebbe avere un hotel!

Breakfast options wonderful! Comfortable beds. Lots of dining and shopping nearby. Beautiful church nearby with some classical concerts

We immensely enjoyed our stay at the GrunerBaum Hotel! The hotel reception desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was excellent, spacious, and clean, with a balcony, table, and chairs! There were great views of the beautiful mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of items, and the staff was very friendly. We walked to several must-see places and restaurants in a great location. Getting the Brixen card for our stay was great; it gave us access to tourist places. It was very convenient to park our car in the hotel garage. The hotel offers several amenities that make the stay even more pleasant. We had a wonderful stay and will be back! Thank you!
