Dass es am Pool im Park keine bewirtete Poolbar gab. Die Tennisplätze müssten ein bisschen gepflegt werden.

Service and location was great, as was the pool - although you had to walk over the road to reach that.

Un sapore di altri tempi
Pros:

Un hotel stupendo in una cittadina stupenda. L'hotel è in una antica casa nobiliare, con un’atmosfera mitteleuropea novecentesca meravigliosa. Le foto su Booking non rendono la bellezza degli ambienti: i pezzi di antiquariato alle pareti; l'affresco antico con l'elefante sulla facciata; la vista delle montagne mentre si fa colazione... La piscina coperta è corredata da ben due saune, curatissime, una secca e una umida. La piscina esterna è immersa in un grande parco con le rose, con tante sdraio dove leggere. Agli ospiti vengono forniti borsa, accappatoio e asciugamani da piscina; sauna e piscine sono incluse nel prezzo, senza limiti di orari. Che altro? Colazione buonissima. Letti comodissimi, lenzuola e asciugamani di alta qualità. Personale leggermente scoordinato nelle comunicazioni ma molto gentile. Ero a Bressanone da sola per assistere una persona infortunata in ospedale e questo hotel mi ha davvero permesso di ricaricare l'anima.

Cons:

Nella stanza singola numero 32 c’era un rumore di ventola che proveniva da una bocca di aerazione al piano di sotto. Dopo una notte in cui ho fatto fatica ad addormentarmi a causa del rumore, ho chiesto di cambiare stanza e lo hanno fatto senza problemi, assegnandomi una camera doppia al prezzo di una singola.
