Cons:

Frühstück war tatsächlich enttäuschend.
Wenig Auswahl, Buffet war schnell „abgegriffen“ und wurde innerhalb der letzten Stunde nicht nachgefüllt. Käse (der noch da war) war eher einfacher Natur, Brötchen scheinbar selbstgebacken aber steinhart (kein Hefe?) - Geschmacksache.

I can't wait to return to Hotel Elephant!
Pros:

Hotel Elephant is a great stay in Brixen. The property is about a 5 min walk to the town square, very accesible to all the central spots, and about a 16 min walk from the train stations. My favorite things about Hotel Elephant is their amazing restaurant! I recommend a few meals there as the staff is amazing and the food exeptional. Breakfast is great too! Their spa and relax area is lovely to just wind down after a long day of adventure, and has both a dry sauna and turkish bath. Though I did not take a swim in their indoor pool, it did look very nice.
