Pros:

Tutto perfetto, dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff, alla camera con il letto comodissimo alla colazione ottima e abbondante. Perfetta anche la posizione.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking, e avevamo scelto una stanza con letto matrimoniale, opzione chiaramente indicata come disponibile. Al check‑in però ci è stato detto che non era possibile e che l’hotel “non ha letti matrimoniali”, quindi dovevamo per forza accettare due letti singoli. Questo ci è sembrato molto strano: nella maggior parte degli hotel basta unire i letti singoli per creare un matrimoniale.
Di conseguenza, la sensazione è stata che la struttura dichiari in modo non corretto la disponibilità del matrimoniale e che non ci sia stata volontà di trovare una soluzione.
Il prezzo del parcheggio Therme era molto alto.
