I asked for a kettle for hot water. It was delivered to me but the man from the night shift explained to me that I had to pay extra for the tea and the cup…. ,,the young staff during the day were not experienced yet and did not know,, …. the young girl from the reception took care of it in the morning… she is a wonderful person! ☺️ Thank You 🙏

Der Aufenthalt war entspannt, erholsam einfach wunderbar.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr charmant und zentral gelegen. Im Zimmer haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Kaffee war sehr gut. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker.
Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Rundum, wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in Meran.
Ein Grund wieder mal hier Halt zu machen.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer ging zur Strasse, daher war der Nachtlärm zeitweise etwas mühsam.
