Ruhe, Entspannung, ohne Verzicht auf Luxus.
Pros:

Auswahl und Präsentation des Frühstücks (Buffet) hervorragend. Die Kulinarik ist auf Top Niveau. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lobenswert sind auch die Gratis-Parkplätze für Hotelgäste.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, mit herrlichem Blick über Meran und außergewöhnlich gutem Essen.
Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt war ein wirklich rundherum perfekt, abgesehen vom schlechten Wetter. Die Lage und das Essen sind wirklich außergewöhnlich und das Personal und die Anlage sind einfach hervorragend. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Cons:

Eigentlich hätte nur das Wetter beser sein können. Sonst gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Aufenthalt ist auch für ältere Menschen mit Stöcken ,dank der Hilfe des Personals sehr gut möglich
Pros:

das Frühstück sehr schön aufgebaut reichhaltig, frisch und immer neu nachgelegt.
Sonderwünsche wurden perfekt ausgeführt

Cons:

Die grossen Bäume vor dem Balkon haben zwar die Aussicht gestört, aber die gehören zum Gesamtbild dazu und müssen dableiben.

We have stayed in a very large number of five star hotels, and this is one of the very best.
Pros:

The hotel setting is an eyrie above Merano and has remarkable views.
The hotel staff was unbelievably friendly and professional. Hotel management is to be commended for its choice of staff and for their training. It was a pleasure to stay here.
We chose the half-board plan and the food and wine were excellent.

Cons:

I would say that the only drawback was the hotel’s fairly remote setting, which of course is also one of its attractions.

Der Standort ist absolut unschlagbar und sehr aussergewöhnlich - wie in einem Märchen.
Alles ist schön grün mit wunderschönen Pflanzen und Blumen hergerichtet und das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Cons:

Man könnte eine bessere Ausstattung des Fitnessraums machen.

Lovely breakfast with a view, loads of choice of food. Comfortable beds and a small but lovely sauna/spa area.

Cons:

Decor a bit traditional. The location is remote - up a very long and winding road and yet you can still hear traffic noise from the balcony because it rises from the valley. Some will love the seclusion but it means limited dining options locally (when you just want a chilled out meal not an expensive formal meal). The most special local restaurant option is at the very top of the hill, magic view and pure locally sourced set menu. Open only evenings and weekend lunchtime
