Unsere 5 Tage im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.
Pros:

Das Personal, besonders am Reception, waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Morgenbuffet war einfach, aber sehr lecker. Unser Zimmer war sauber und ruhig.

Cons:

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Das Windsor ist ein schönes Hotel in einer reizvollen kleinen Stadt umgeben von schöner Natur.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war klein, aber sehr nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein Wasserkocher und Tee waren vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt zwar an einer stark befahrenen Straße, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Alles gut.

Es war genau so, wie man sich ein schönes Wochenende vorstellt. Super von A - Z.
Pros:

Herzlicher Empfang. Sehr feines Frühstück mit vielen Köstlichkeiten in gemütlichem modernem Frühstücksraum.
Die Hotelangestellten waren äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Sehr sauberes und modernes schönes Zimmer mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Super Lage an der Promenade am Fluss und Bahnhofsnähe.

Cons:

Es hat einfach alles bestens gepasst.

Nice, Centrally-Located, Friendly Staff
Pros:

Bathroom and shower were awesome. The owner and the staff were very pleasant, kind and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed in a wing of the building that felt bare and barron. The lighting was poor. Sometimes you had to walk into a dark hallway a few feet before the lights would turn on. In the room, the lighting was also poor, too dimmly lit for our tastes. The room was very loud with street noise when the windows were open. I guess that is to be expected in the middle of downtown. Closing the windows helped tremendously. The windows were of high quality. There is no television in the bedroom. The television in the main living space required a streaming service, not typical over-the-air or cable. The breakfast was adequate, but could have been a bit better for the price. You cannot take the stairs all the way up and down, an elevator is required which required a swipe of your key card. That concerned me in case of a fire.

Tolles Hotel. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne alte Villa. Zentral direkt an der Passer-Promenade gelegen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Neues, großes, schönes Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel an zentraler Lage, mit guter Ausstattung und freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit freundlichem Personal.
Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen (Nähe Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Therme;) hat Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto (innen und aussen) und einen eigenen Pool.
Die Zimmer waren zweckmässig eingerichtet und die Badezimmer recht neu renoviert.
Das Personal an der Rezeption ware sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; sogar das Auto konnte man vom Personal parkieren lassen, da die Platzverhältnisse etwas eng sind.

Cons:

Ich könnte nichts negatives sagen.
