Sehr zentral, das Zentrum ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar
Frühstücksbuffet hervorragend, es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt
Service ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt neben einer sehr befahrenen Straße, sodass am Pool und bei geöffneten Fenstern im Zimmer viel Straßenlärm zu hören ist

Il Trentino Alto Adige è molto bello, paesaggisticamente ed anche per come è organizzato e curato.
Pros:

Non ho vissuto molto l'hotel perché impegnato con le mie escursioni ed alla loro preparazione...
In generale comunque sembra un buon hotel per quel che vale il mio giudizio.

Cons:

Purtroppo rumori di impianti in stanza.

Beautiful hotel, perfect location, and very good breakfast

The hotel location is perfect: 8 minutes' walk from the train station and 10 minutes to the city centre and Christmas market. The walk from the hotel to the city centre is along the river, which made it a great experience and very enjoyable. The hotel is quiet, a mix of old style and contemporary design, which we really appreciate. Our room was big enough for 2 people. Breakfast included a buffet with sweet and savoury food; as a vegan person, I was able to enjoy breakfast with all the things offered by the staff. The hotel does not offer lunch or dinner, but the strategic location to the city centre and all the restaurants is perfect. Furthermore, the hotel has a cafe/bar, so they can satisfy any request for tea, snacks, or happy hours. The staff were very friendly, always available to accommodate our requests or just have a small chat. I highly recommend this place. Merano and the Windsor Hotel were the best Christmas memories

Herrschaftliche Residenz im Stadtzentrum
Pros:

Sehr sauber und top renoviert, dennoch der Charme einer historischen Villa.
Sehr gutes Frühstück. Äußerst hilfsbereite Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Aufzug geht von der Lobby in alle Stockwerke, jedoch nicht in die Tiefgarage. Das ist aber nicht schlimm, da man direkt vor der Lobby anhalten und das Gepäck ausladen kann.
