Amazing Holliday stay

Pros:

Incredible hotel, the ambient make you feel so relaxed, amazing breakfast, staff is nice and room are clean and cozy and the pool is amazing. There is a nice 10min walk to the town, with the snow is magical. One of the best hotel I've been 10/10

Spectacular hotel, incredible location, excellent food and wonderful Spa!
Pros:

Fantastic location and super friendly staff. Very accommodating for pets, very dog friendly hotel. Views of the Dolomites from hotel are incredible! Less than 10 minute walk to the village and gondola.

Cons:

Nothing ... outstanding, family owned hotel.

The perfect stay!
Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay at Alpenheim. The hotel is just beautiful! From the lobby area, bar, pool, dining area, outdoor spaces, our room - I wish we had a few more days! Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to cable cars and the town center.

Beautiful property in a great location!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Alpenheim! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff was so lovely. Our room was very spacious and had a great view of the mountains. The spa and pool area were perfect and very relaxing. The breakfast each morning was also great and had a wide variety of food to choose from! The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Seceda cable car so it was very convenient to get to our hikes as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Bel hôtel.
Excellent déjeuner le matin. Plusieurs options disponibles, incluant des options sans gluten.
Saunas disponibles, sans spa toutefois.
Personnel très gentil.

Cons:

La vue de notre chambre initiale n’était pas ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce. Nous avons dû parler avec la réception pour changer de chambre, ce qui a été un peu complexe.

It simply doesn’t offer good value or fair treatment.
Pros:

The hotel does have some nice features: the staff were generally friendly, the room was clean, and the view from the hotel was lovely. Breakfast was rich and delicious, with plenty of choices — definitely one of the highlights.

Cons:

However, the overall value for money was quite low. We were traveling with a child, and although the staff asked at check-in if we needed a bed prepared, this should have been arranged beforehand since we had already booked for a family.

What really made the experience unpleasant was the sense of unequal treatment toward Asian guests. Our room was placed in a low corner of the hotel, and the sofa was even torn. During breakfast, we noticed that Asian guests were seated in a darker corner of the restaurant, away from the windows, while Western guests were all given bright tables near the windows. It was quite uncomfortable and disappointing to see.

Overall, despite some good aspects, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to Asian travelers — it simply doesn’t offer good value or fair treatment.
