Alpenheim Charming & Spa Hotel

What a lovely hotel! From check-in to dinner and anything you needed in between the staff was amazing and the rooms are lovely and spacious. We had two balconies to enjoy the view over the town. Spa services and the pre-fix dinner menus are great! My husband and I both had facials and massages. Hotel is short 10-15 minute walk to the gondolas. We will be back! 🤩💕

The scenery was breathtaking and the wellness features added to the experience. Beautiful rooms and excellent staff.

We loved every moment at the resort. We were very sad to leave. The location is fantastic, the space is really beautiful and inviting. Our room was brand new, beautiful and with a great view. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They arranged anything we asked for, even helped me book a haircut in town

everything from hospitality to house keeping, i enjoyed the hotel facilities and amazing views from the pool area, kind staff and excellent stay.
one thing i have to mention location is little difficult to reach by walking from city center

Excellent boutique hotel. Yes, it is Charming. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful. Room is very comfortable and well apportioned. Spa pool area is fantastic. Location is great, it spills out on to a walkway that goes into town (with an escalator if you don't want to walk the whole way). Walk to the cable car. The views from the hotel are excellent -- try and stay facing the mountain, but if not walk the walkway at dusk. Really clean, well maintained, friendly place within walking distance of the cable car.

if you want to relax en enjoy the wonderful walkings in de mountains you must stay over here. after een hike you kan relax in swimmingpool and sauna or in the garden. The breakfast en diners are really great en tastfull. And the people that work over there ar so helpful, friendly and relaxed

We have just had another wonderful stay at the Alpenheim Hotel in Ortisei – we usually ski in the winter and stay there but this was the first time doing a walking holiday in the summer in the Dolomites.
Their service is exceptional - they are a family run hotel and I believe they give the best service because they really care about looking after their customers. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all very approachable, helpful and professional. The food is excellent with a variety of menus (with wines to match) plus there are stunning views of the valleys from their restaurant and patios.
They have undertaken a major refurbishment of their bedrooms too this year – they are top quality and very chic. Their spa and wellness areas are luxurious and it was lovely to be able to sunbathe by the pool area outside as well as enjoy all their wonderful spa facilities which are available.
Another reason we like staying there is the easy walking access to Ortisei, without having to stay in the middle of the town but in reach of Alpes di Suisi and good access to Santa Kristina and on to the Sella Ronda etc. In the winter they have their ski bus to take clients to local ski stations and also they have their own ski and summer walking guide (Andreu) included in the price of your stay, 3 times a week, which is a real bonus.
It did not surprise me, when talking to other guests, that they return year after year which is proof that this hotel is a real jewel. Thanks to George, Veronika and Karol Vinazter family, and all of their staff, for making it such an wonderful place to stay.
My only other recommendation is to book early for winter or summer to avoid missing out!!

Loved everything about this place! Great service, spotless room, amazing pool and spa!! Also LOVED the walking trail to town! Beautiful walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The management was very unpleasant. Nothing charming about the conduct of the manager Georg, despite the name of the hotel. We were given a 'Deluxe Room'. There is no airconditioning in there. My wife was pregnant and the room was unbearably hot. We left the doors and windows open to try to keep the room cool. We were woken by a rubbish truck at 3am and suppliers from 5am onwards. When I complained and asked for a fan, I was given a vertical heater. I was then confronted by Georg, who refused to sit with me to listen to my concerns. He instead was very abrupt and told me he has another room but I will have to pay another EUR 60 for it. After one unpleasant nights sleep I told him this was unacceptable and the least he can do is give us a fan to keep cool or if not, give us another room at no extra cost so at least we have one pleasant nights sleep. I asked him 'What would you prefer? A customer who is unhappy or give us this room (which was available) and at least have a customer who is satisfied?' His reply was 'I do not respond to people who put a gun to my head like this. If you want the room, it's EUR 60'. Well, my primary concern being to look after my pregnant wife and enjoy what was left of our stay, I eventually paid EUR 80 (EUR 60 for the room plus an additional EUR 20 in tax). Needless to say, we are very disappointed with the conduct of the owner, who cares more about the EUR 60 than the true comfort and happiness of his guests. I strongly recommend clients seek other similarly priced hotels with better management.

The hotel is nicely furnished and the rooms are very modern.

Very cozy rooms, everything was very cleanly and organized/new and well thought out, provided amazing items like slippers,bag,robe,flip flops for pool, etc. Very nice views, staff are very friendly and helpful with information on the Dolomites/hikes, great breakfast, amazing stay overall.

Beautiful hotel with incredible spa facilities and views. Easy 10 min walk into town and the cable
cars up to Secada and Alp De Susi. Very peaceful and relaxing stay!

The newly renovated rooms were excellent. The hotel has friendly staff. The facilities are amazing; I quite enjoyed the pool and sun bathing area. Excellent breakfast and the location is great.
