Çalışanların guleryuzlulugu ve ilgisi muhteşemdi. Otelin temizligi ve konumu harikaydı.bir hafta boyunca evimizde hissettik kendimizi. Günün yorgunluğunu attıp yeni güne dinlenerek uyandığımız bir kayak tatili yaptık. Akşam yemekleri sabah kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve çeşitli taze idi. Tüm ekip şahane bir iş çıkarıyorlar. Gelecek yıl Dolomitlerde yerimiz belli.

Pros:

We loved how central it was and how close we were to the main cable cars we needed to use. The room was also very spacious and the breakfast buffet was delicious!!!

Cons:

The customer service… the lady at the desk was so rude. our room was not lockable upon arrival which you can understand would cause some worry over our personal belongings being inside the room but she offered no sense of comfort or understanding and instead was quite rude. She also gave us false information about how we could pay for the cable cars and she made us feel stupid when we asked the questions. So disappointing since on the day we were leaving, there was another lady at the desk and she seemed so much more lovely.

Hotell med perfekt plassering og meget hyggelig betjening
Pros:

Frokosten er innholdsrik og god. Personalet er utrolig hyggelig. En føler seg velkommen og de gjør sitt ytterste for at gjestene skal trives. Hotellet tilbyr utflukt med guide. Og guiden, Aaron, var hyggelig, kunnskapsrik og en perfekt guide.

Pros:

With walking distance to the cable car for Secada. It is not far from the bus stop and very convenient to travel around the area by bus. Hotel is very classy. The temperature and humidity inside the room is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff and hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in Ortisei, made especially enjoyable by the warmth of the staff who were so kind. The hotel is beautifully presented, we enjoyed the breakfast and found the evening meal great value. The position in Ortisei could not be better, and the spa facilities were a great bonus. We look forward to returning.
