Pros:

Das Essen war hervorragend und das Personal sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Auch das Yoga war großartig mit tollem Ausblick von der Lounge und spitzen Yogalehrerin. Abends wurde noch eine Feuerschale aufgestellt.

Cons:

Es gab eine Baustelle am weg zum Hotel die etwas nervig war. Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür.

Cons:

Onbeschoft, chaotisch personeel. Het diner was duur en ze waren continu in de war over welke gang van het gangen me u ik was ... CHAOS. Het eten was niet van hoge kwaliteit, meer snackbar eten. Toen ik bij het uitchecken ze dit vertelde, was de reactie " andere mensen gaven ons complimenten" ... dus het lag aan mij, de betalende klant. Toen ik de manager vertelde hoe ik behandeld was... bleef hij aanhouden dat zij geweldig zijn en aan het eind kregen we bijna slaande ruzie. Arrogante eikels!

🛑أنصح بقراءة هذه التجربة قبل الحجز
حجزت هذا الفندق لشخصين، ثم حصل لي ظرف واضطررت لإحضار طفلين معي. وقبل الوصول أبلغت الفندق بهذا الموضوع، ولدي ما يثبت ذلك من خلال الرسائل، ولم يتم إبلاغي بأي رسوم إضافية تخص الأطفال، سواء قبل الوصول أو عند تسجيل الدخول.
عند تسجيل المغادرة فوجئت بتقديم فاتورة بمبلغ 386 يورو مقابل طفلين صغيرين فقط، دون ترقية الغرفة أو تقديم أي خدمة إضافية مقابل هذه الرسوم. بالنسبة لي كان هذا المبلغ مرتفعًا جدًا وغير متوقع.
كانت مساحة الغرفة حوالي 12 مترًا مربعًا، وهو ما أثار لدي تساؤلات حول مدى توافق إشغالها بهذا العدد مع اللوائح الإيطالية المتعلقة بإشغال الغرف.
وعندما حاولت التفاهم مع الفندق بشأن هذا الموضوع، كان الرد أن هذه رسوم الأطفال، وأن عليّ الدفع أو سيتم استدعاء الشرطة.
قمت برفع شكوى عبر Booking.com، ولا تزال لدي الأدلة التي تثبت أن المطالبة بهذه الرسوم تمت عند تسجيل المغادرة، ولم يتم إبلاغي بها مسبقًا رغم علم الفندق بوجود الطفلين قبل وصولي.
أنصح كل من يرغب بالحجز في هذا الفندق أن يطلب تأكيدًا كتابيًا بجميع الرسوم الإضافية قبل الوصول، حتى لا يتفاجأ بأي مبالغ عند المغادرة.
المشكلة بالنسبة لي لم تكن في قيمة المبلغ فقط، وإنما في غياب الوضوح منذ البداية وطريقة التعامل مع الموقف.

Incredible stay - stunning Seceda views from room!!!
Pros:

This was an incredible place to stay, that I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the Dolomites! Close to many attractions like Seceda & Alpe di Siusi. Our room had the most stunning sunset view of Seceda and we enjoyed spending our evenings unwinding on the patio. The spa was fantastic and the food was a major highlight. After a long day, coming back to a truly remarkable dinner was the best. Amazing value, far exceeded our expectations!!

Cons:

The pool was just a pool, nothing crazy. But other than that everything was AMAZING!!!
